この間「小説が上手くなるのは自由になること」と小説書きさんが言ってらしたのをリポストしたけど。

絵もそれー！しかない。

私も上手くなって、自由になりたい。

正しい骨格、正しいバランス、正しい陰影。

そういう「正しい」から自由になりたい。

「正しい」の檻なんて、サーカスの象の縄みたいなものだけど、崩れてると本人が気になってしまうのだ。

だから、自由になるために上手くなりたい。

最初、半身は傷だらけで、ご自慢の髪は一部無いし、孤高感すごいとこからなので、過去どんな喪失があったのかドラマを感じるし。

そこから甦って、最後に振り絞るような昔の雷神の面影を感じさせるのもカッコ良いし、ほろ苦くて良かったー！

Have you watched Marvel Zombies (the anime) yet?!

I really recommend Marvel Zombies to anyone who loves broken, devastated, thunderless Thor.

I feel like this version of him will hit you so hard.

He first shows up with half his body scarred and even part of his hair gone, carrying this intense loneliness that hints at a painful past.

Then he rises again, and that final spark of the old God of Thunder is so bittersweet and beautiful.

Just a tiny memo from someone who firmly believes:

“If Thor suffers, Thor becomes adorable.”

“If there’s no hope, then we simply make one.”
