I'm proud to say that Kona has finally embraced swimming. We stopped at a family member's farm on our road trip, and they had a raft in the middle of the pond. After a lot of crying on the beach before braving the water to reach us, he has finally discovered that water actually isn't that bad. He even enjoys swimming now. He just had to have a reason to swim (and somewhere to swim to) to boost his confidence.
