I was reading through some folks' headcanons and theories and stuff and I just gotta say: y'all give Rafe way too much credit on the "evil genius" front. The guys a dumbass, Nadine had the braincell at all times, you've heard money can't buy happiness and it turns out it sure as hell can't buy brains either. The only master manipulation he's pulling is that his face is a solid 10 and his personality is a shaky 2 and people don't realise until they're too in love with him to give a shit, and that's not even on him that's on his parents and the roulette wheel that is genetics. The man's a complete himbo and you want me to believe he's got crafty schemes running for years? Are you sure? This guy who pays everyone to do shit for him and self-sabotages any advantage he has on Nate and Sam? The guy who's so excited about having an upperhand, he immediately tells everyone and ruins it? Mr I-Can-Track-Sully's-Phone-Best-Tell-Them-About-It-Right-Away-So-That-They-Know-How-Awesome-I-Am-It-Sure-Would-Be-A-Shame-If-They-Ditched-The-Phone-Immediately-Afterwards-But-As-Long-As-I-Look-Cool-That's-A-Risk-I'm-Willing-To-Take? Does he honestly strike you as some super clever puppet master or is that just wishful thinking on your part? Just embrace the fact your fave's an idiot and allow him to be the sexy little moron god intended him to be.
