...DUDE. I almost went insane trying to find one of them, at this point it's a lost media case cuz apparently the author fell victim to the hysteria surrounding ships of Bill and any of the twins and deleted their works in "disgust" (oh my god it wasn't even controversial in any way to begin with), and unfortunately I can't find it on my pc... at least for now. Anyway, the fic in question is "Reality" by Evil-Ekat on fanfictionnet, and this wayback machine link is the only evidence of its existence. I'd gladly read it again if you happen to have a copy, because, from what I see in the old convos with friends where this fic is mentioned, I was very excited about it in general and some details of the ending in particular.
Also, if my memory doesn't fail me, back in 2015 and around that time, ao3 was mostly full of BillDip, while fanfictionnet had plenty of MaBill. Among those I found entertaining were also "One Step At A Time" by Sakura1221 (Mabel losing her voice and making a deal, but with a twist... maybe couple of twists) and "A Demon and his Shooting Star" by MistressOrchid, chapter 5 specifically, cuz the line about Bill removing his gloves was etched into my brain since then, that's how you write it.
Althooooough mind you, these are the recs from 2015 me. There was probably plenty of stuff on old tumblr, but I absolutely hated reading fics there (and I still hate when people post fics on this platform). Also, it's not like people published tons of fun MaBill works on places I used to visit, and later I switched to other stuff and lost track of them. I guess ao3 might have some good fics these days, and I simply haven't seen them. A good reason to come and check them out now, huh?

La idea de este Au era un mundo en donde no hay aparato digestivo/respiratorio. Los humanos no tienen boca (supongo que se parecerían a gusanos de tierra aún no decido) aun asi perciben sonido. Su forma de comunicacion seria telequinetico porque puedo.
The idea for this AU was a world where there is no digestive/respiratory system. Humans don't have mouths (I suppose they would resemble earthworms, I haven't decided yet) yet they perceive sound. His form of communication would be telekinetic because I can.
Y bueno, Mabel se encuentra con alguien con dientes y eso le llama la atencion (obsesiona) como si fuera una piedra extraña, quizas parecido entre el marfil y el hueso, aunque no comprende en general toda la boca.
And well, Mabel encounters someone with teeth and that catches her attention (obsesses her) as if it were a strange stone, perhaps similar to ivory and bone, although she doesn't generally understand.

Bill le da una boca, poco funcional y horrorosamente dolorosa, pero boca la final y al cabo...pero si es forzada lo suficiente al no tener musculos mandibulares la gravedad podria hacer que su piel se desgarre por lo que Ford decide cocerla (no por completo a peticion de Mabel) Mabel cambia cada determinado tiempo el color de las cintas para que se vea cuquis.
Bill gives her a mouth—not very functional and horribly painful, but a mouth nonetheless... but if she strains it too much, since she has no jaw muscles, gravity could cause her skin to tear, so Ford decides to sew it shut (not completely, at Mabel’s request). Mabel changes the color of the ribbons every so often to make it look cute.
Y aunque esta enojada con el ente de terror analogico (?) el le enseña un nuevo placer... "El sabor"...
