Korrasami Month is on the horizon and so is Ruins of The Empire Part One, so get ready for a deluge of Korrasami coming your way soon so mark your calendars for May 21- June 21!

It’s one prompt per day for the 31 days of the event with bonus prompts for those who may not feel inspired for a certain day’s prompt and may want to do something else! In addition to art and writing, cosplay photography, collaborations, and whatever other creative medium you’d like to use to express your love for Korrasami for the prompts is welcome ♥

The temple’s chimes tinkled gently in the breeze, the sound lifting the faces of even the grouchiest of souls. They said that even Chief of Police Lin Beifong did not frown that day. And that Meelo, the chaos of an offspring of Airbending Master Tenzin and Acolyte Pema, vowed to hold his inclination for ill-timed flatulence for the whole duration of the ceremony. It was a day the world’s nobility, politicians, tycoons, movers and shakers have marked in their calendars years in advance. The day after the Avatar turned twenty-one. The day that the Avatar of this lifetime will announce their Chosen. And bestow upon one brave and worthy soul the coveted title: The Avatar’s Dyad.

Korra- [singing as she waves her legs back and forth, tracing her finger along the fine grain of the wood]   My loneliness is killing me (and I)

[Korra hops to her feet, striking a pose, not paying attention as Asami walks in the door] 

Korra-   I must confess, (starts dancing rather badly]  I still believe (still believe)

[Korra begins to slide about, popping her arms out in various poses as she pretends she’s in a music video]

[Asami watches contentedly] 

Korra -  When I’m not with you I lose my mind, Give me a sign [strikes final dynamic pose] Hit me, baby, one more time

Asami - Korra 

Korra- [horrified embarrassed shock as she scrambles to face Asami with a decent explanation] A…A… ASAMI ?!?!?!

[Korra slips and falls off the banister. She falls to the first floor and hits her head, knocking herself unconscious]

[Korra wakes up on Asami’s couch as her girlfriend looks her over worriedly]

Korra- [embarrassed] Hey….Asami 

Asami - Korra ! You need to be more careful !

Korra- Sorry ….. [looks down at her lap as she sits up] 

Asami - ……

Korra- ……

Asami - It’s ok 

Korra- Really ?

Asami- Without me here, you lost your mind [smiles]

Korra-  [frantic] I WAS BORED ! I do weird things when I’m bored ! A..Asami !

Asami - [places hand on Korra’s shoulder] Korra it’s ok, minus the dancing the performance was pretty good…..

[Korra smiles for a moment before it falls into a frown]

Korra- [pouts] I think my dancing’s pretty good actually

Asami - I didn’t know you could sing 

Korra- [abandons pout as she fails to conceal her  pride] It’s nothing really……just something to do when I’m alone

Asami- I could get you a gig or two if you want……

[Korra sits up immediately, placing her hand over Asami’s mouth]

Korra- [biting her lip nervously]Let’s not get carried away
