Noel Fielding NZ Gig 4/4 Wellington 11th May - We had two or three hecklers in the crowd tonight. One lady was wasted and half the time we couldn't understand what she was saying, But you guys know Noel, He's always got some good comebacks to burn anyone. The other hecklers were the nice kind who shouted things like "You're still hot!" After telling everyone that he was 41. Noel also mentions his only reference to NZ was Flight of the Conchords. Then one girl yelled "Brett lives next to me!" He then proceeded to asking her address and said "If I gave you a kiss... will you tell me where he lives?" Raymond Boombox's interaction didn't feel as great to the other nights. The jobs of people who he interacted with tonight were people who do 'Sound stuff', 'Media stuff', 'Information stuff', and a guy who just listens to the radio. And also a software engineer and a few other proper jobs. Tonight's Steve was a very keen Steve, He was named NZ's keenest Steve. He shouted out "I'm Steve!" And started walking towards the stage before Fantasy Man and Big Chief could pick anyone. Tonight was my 4th and final show for me as I'm not going down to Christchurch, You can follow eringnn as she is going to the Christchurch one and she's the only one in NZ going to all 5 shows. Well, I hope you all enjoyed reading my mini updates on 4/5 of the NZ tour, It's been a great mini tour and I really enjoyed watching Noel, Mike, and Tom in An Evening With Noel Fielding. Noel Fielding NZ Tour - Show 3/4 Wow what a show, Noel was welcomed onto stage with applaud and stomping on the floor in the beautiful Wellington Opera House. He's really loving the Kiwi accent and attempted it as Raymond Boombox when the couple's names were Erin and Kent and also getting the words many and mini mixed up. He also came across a male stripper named George Washington and a Kiwi Russell Brand, Which I was able to get a photo with afterwards. Tonight's Sir Steve was once again an amazing one. When Fantasy Man asked what he did for a living Steve said "I Fix watches" but Fantasy Man thought he said "F***ks watches" again because of the Kiwi accent. The show ended with a small group of standing ovations near the front and back of the theatre. Tomorrow will be my last show for me as I am not traveling down to Christchurch to check out the show, So I'm hoping it'll be a good one to end my mini Noel tour with. Show 2/4 of An Evening With Noel Fielding. Just arrived in Wellington, Only got 3 hours of sleep last night so let's see if I can stay awake until the show tonight... Noel's 2nd NZ gig was really good, I actually enjoyed the show a little bit more this time as I was able to notice bits that I didn't from the first show, Plus I was trying process the fact that Noel was right in front of me. I was lucky enough to actually meet Noel before the show outside the theatre as he was signing in for sound check. He was so nice and really lovely to talk to. Before I could ask if I could take a photo with him, He offered by saying "Would you like a photo?" And also got my program signed. Last night I sat front row and literally I could touch the stage from my seat. Even Noel was surprised when he came on stage. And Steve was amazing, Fantasy Man asked him what he did for a living and he said "I re-home hermit crabs" he laughed and hid behind the curtain, Then he came out and walked off stage and said "Good luck with the rest of the show Big Chief" he came back and asked where he got into crabs and Steve replied "Hamilton" the whole theatre bursted into laughter, But Fantasy Man and Big Chief looked confused (Obviously only Kiwis will get it) No standing ovation this time, But I'm sure everyone enjoyed the show. Alright, now I need a coffee, A caffeine boost... Coffee... Maybe a power nap too. But first, Coffee.

- SPOILERS - Noel's first NZ gig was amazing! As soon as the goth prince appeared in front of me (Pic 1) I thought "Wow, he's actually right in front of me!" Then he got his mind blown by Mind-blowing Richard (Pic 2) when Noel asked him "Have you ever had monkeys in your house before?" Which he replied "Somewhere..." Noel simply didn't know what to come back with and admitted defeat. Then there was Loki, A kid who spontaneously decided to jump on stage and join Fantasy Man. He simply just used him as a human guide when we were being transported to the fantasy zone. And finally there was Sizzling Steve the chef who had a walking stick but did an awesome job at saving Noel! All wrapped up with a well deserved standing ovation from Auckland! And even met some lovely people too.

This collection of pictures sums up my day nicely. A lot of waiting around, meeting cool people including kozokomatsubara. Watching a brilliant show and then meeting Mike! And although we didn’t meet Noel, he waved at us from the car as they drove past nearly 2 hours after the show.Not bad for 14 hours in the city. Ready to do it all again tomorrow. Too tired to sleep though. I may just play with my finger puppets.
