Lately I’ve been having daydreams and even have dozed off to ideas like this. If I ever did go to a mental hospital in the future (mainly due to two things that the government doesn’t like about me), I want to find a relationship like this. “Crazy” or not, love is made for everyone.

We're excited to announce that The Bottom Erik Fest will return at the end of May and run through the end of July!

This year's theme? ✨Erik's delectable thighs✨ (yes, we're serious, and yes, we expect you to be too)

Here's how the event will work:

Mods will post a list of prompts on our dedicated AO3 collection

Participants can claim as many as they like and fill them with fic, art, or any other fanwork you want

But before we get there, we need your help!

We're currently collecting prompt ideas featuring Bottom!Erik (and not just with Charles. All dynamics, pairings, and interpretations are welcome.)

If you have an idea you'd love to see, send it through our submission form or drop it in our ask box 💌

We'll compile your suggestion into the final prompt list for the event!

I love you dehumanisation and objectification of x-men telepaths; Jean Grey will forevermore be worshipped as a god, a concept of the universe, a cosmic being for the rest of her life, and can no longer live as a normal living person who loves, laughs, and cries; Charles Xavier views himself as a tool, 'something' easy to hate, a utility to be used and discarded once he exhausts all his 'usage' after an entire childhood spent in the shadows of his father's experiments; Emma Frost isolates and shuts herself off from others, baring her teeth to the world and hardening herself as the x-men's rock and anchor during their darkest hours (M-day) yet never letting herself feel emotions or get close to anyone.

All of them hated yet objectified and worshipped beyond reason for a gift none of them asked to be born with. All of them cursed to be feared because people assume they want to manipulate and control the world but it was the world who manipulated and controlled and tortured them first. Oh my tragic tragic tragic telepaths how I love you all.
