Today is the 33rd anniversary of James's sudden death from a heart attack at the age of 45.
To honour his memory, maybe take five minutes and learn what to do if you suspect you or someone with you experiences heart attack symptoms, or learn how heart attacks can present (it's not just chest pain, but chest pain is the most common symptom in both AMAB and AFAB people. Because some AFAB people don't experience chest pain, there is a misconception that chest pain in AFAB people can't be a heart attack. It can!).
Good sources about health stuff generally include the Mayo Clinic, the NHS, or the British Heart Foundation.
RIP James, and thank you for the days.
