HUEHEUEHE HAVE SOME TANGLED AU BLAZEMAUU RAAHH!! Tangledmau AU belongs to @berrytbh... hehehehe.. i love love lovee thinking about them!!!! Aphmau, Blaze, and Daniel are all so amazingg.. hehe.. full spread undrr the cut :D

woahh a RECENT as of JUST FINISHED TODAY Kray-Cee art post!!! this is insane!! the brain worms finally got to me and i have been freed from the clutches.. eheuehe.. heres the full spread as promised PLUSS!!! a couple ramblies.. heh..

both of their outfits are obviously based on what Raps and Eugene wear in Tangled, but i also wanted to add their regular flair too!!

Aphmau gets a cutesy off-the-shoulder look like with her stunning MCDs outfits hehe.. but i still wanted it to look kinda like an underdress/day dress, similar to what Rapunzel wears. while Raps is moreso wearing a soorrt of nightgownish looking attire, Aph is closer to wearing normal commoner garb kinda. also i loovee headcanoning that regular Aphmau has super duper curly and gorgeous hair.. its so lucious and lively hehe.. so her having super long curls would just be the single greatest thing ever to ever ever. if youre wondering why she has s fringe, and why the fringe is white, its cause in my own little idea of this Aph, what if when her hair is cut it goes white 😋😋 one cause its pretty its so beautiful, and two because its a cute contrast to her raven black hair!! the little white curl on the side of her face is what Elizabeth initially trimmed when Aph was a baby!!!! also the markings are so neat and so pretty i just love Aph with markings.. ough.. shes so stunning and pretty and cutee ohhgghh..

Blaze is a very very fun case for me!!! i love styling that mans hair and putting him in all these outfits hehe.. his purple top is also inspired by his MT counterparts outfit!!! hehe!! Blaze/Shad O'hara (winks at the screen) would also totally wear a loose tan shirt and look freaking gorgeous with everything else on top of it too. Eugene is more tightly dressed and presentable in comparison, and i wanted Blaze to appear more laid back and smug.. and also cuter.. Blaze is very cute to me.. cough also hairy Blaze for the winn, i love his bright red curly hair hehe. he also WOULD ABSOLUTELY have his hair in a ponytail.. i think more people need to acknowledge that putting the ponytail high on Blaze's head is just the freaking cutest and most handsomest place to put it.. im sorry i love staring at him and just thinking abouy how cute he is I CANT HELP IT WAUGH!!

Daniels Chameleon deisgn is based off the Panther Chameleon (who knew Chameleons had so many different shapes.. woah..) and i.. adjusts bowtie.. pulled from my Wings of Fire roots to draw his beautiful lizRd body appropriately.. for those of you who eyed him and may have gone "that tail reeks of a RainWing artist," ehm.. you would be correct.. twirls my hair anywhomst, i wanted to make him a very bright greenish-blue based off of his hair and his eyes :DD i put some warm yellow tones in there to give him a bit of spice lolol. hes just a tiny dude what can i say. a sassy silly little Daniel. im obsessed with him he is such a good fit for the role of Daniel, hands down his dynamic with Aph in any form is always amazing!!

ohh i loovee the Tangledmau AU.. its so Blazemau everywhere i look i see it around me.. im also just a big huge Aphmau AND Tangled fan, what can i say.. theyre both so good and delectable and i cant help but enjoy seeing my fav aphverse couple in this scenario lol. ESPECIALLY when they get to take the role of one of my FAVOURITE couples to ever exist.. Raps x Eugene you two are freaking amazing. best married couple in history maybe OKAY IM BIASED-

some silly MCD Aphmau doodles i did *checks watch* Last Month. haha. woah i completely forgot about this.. some yammering under the cut as per usual

oughh this art is a little old... but eh, better late than never ToT

i was practicing some digital art stuff after not having done it for a short while. (i havent done it since because of my Laptop Incident but that is NOTHING to worry about) and said practice was in regards to my Aphmau colour pallet + potential colouring style.. looking back at it i am obsessed with it sooo freaking much.. like i dunno.. whatever i was cooking is lowkey amazing..

i have also discovered over time that i am definitely a warm-tone-leaning kind of person whenever i make art. i like yellow.. i like orange.. i like making things look like theyre under orange lighting.. i mean i just draw myself into my favourite corners, what can i say 😊😊

i also wanted to practice how i would potentially draw her outfits! the one on the right is.. well.. admittedly unfinished. but the Aph on the left is!! i wanted to get across a "nitty-gritty working lady who just so happens to enjoy being fashionable and amazing" sort of vibe with her. obviously, the short hair helps compliment this vibe incredibly. at least imo.. and her stylised flowers bring me joy and whimsy what can i sayy..

and lastly, for anyone wondering why Aph is wearing a choker. i want you to know that irl Jess wears and wore them all the time. and i think its super cute and neat thank you for coming to my TED talk-

screw it, have some genderswapped Garroth.. Garrnet oh how i think about her.. (+ your irregularly scheduled yammering under the cut)

i like Garrnet a LOT!!! she is very fun for me to draw hehee.. and this isnt the first time ive drawn her. hehr. youll see why eventually, do not fret.. i love drawing Garroth with curls, so of course i love drawing Garrnet. with BIGGER, LONGER CURLS!!! BECAUSE YES!!!!!! LET HER BE PRETTY AND WILD AND FUZZY AND FREE GRAH!!!

i already like the face shape i gave Garf, so all i had to do was translate those features into something more femme, while still keeping it all very masculine. to sum up a lot of design decisions i made; i think being conventionally unconventional makes some characters i draw more interesting. i need to lean into it more methinks..

some of the design changes between my Garrnet and Garroth will be pretty obvious at first glance. like for instance, Garrnet has a LOT. of GORGEOUS CURLY hair. and Garf has short but still poofy and frizzy hair. Garrnet's eyebrows are still cute and big, but hers have less volume in comparison to Garroth. i just thought it would be a neat way to further differentiate the two!! they both have the same nose shape because i think the bumpy nose is beautiful and no one can take that from me... Garrnet's jaw is also more defined than Garroth's!! this is because she's a lot more muscular in comparison to my interpretation of Garf!! i imagine he gained muscle and fat due to his circumstances, meanwhile Garrnet put more pressure on herself to be physically strong and to avoid a lot of wealthy feminine traits, (if you were a plump woman from ((im pretty sure)) before the 16-1400's, it was a sign of status and how well fed you were. it was a way to flaunt ones wealth in some cities).

Garroth's nose-scar has gotten longer in some of my recent artworks, and starts from the top of his left eyebrow and goes down and along the right side of his nose. in comparison, Garrnet's nose-scar starts under her right eye and slashes up right below her left eye. this is because i imagine they got their scars in entirely differeny ways. Garroth got his accidentally at guard training (Garte refused to lay a hand on him), and Garrnet recieved hers from her mother (genderswapped Garte 🦈), possibly with a jockey whip or some sort of leather strap. while she as the first daughter certainly wasnt expendable by any means, i think "Garte" injuring Garrnet out of frustration after she discovered Vylad/Vanessa's whole existence. oh that conflict and drama would be spicy actually.. fic ideas fic ideas.. ahem, anywizzle, i found this interesting to mention because the circumstances and symbolism behind both Garroth's and Garrnet's scars mean so much to how i would portray both of their characters in any potential MCD related sense. Garroth's is tied to him breaking away from his family and what that means for him as the heir to a lordship and as a runaway. meanwhile Garrnet's is tied to her family turning on her and how she moves forward with her identity because of her experiences. sure hope that detail doesnt make anyone else think too deeply about this... its already too late for me..

im still learning quite a few things about drawing armour!! i didnt want to do anything too posh nor complicated for Garrnet though, so the design overall is very simplified. ive realised over time that i actually enjoy having cartoonishly simple detail. a side affect of me not learning how to colour until a few years ago lol.. i also need to look up the right era and nations for some of my current and future armour designs too. while i personally have no idea the name of the helmet type i have inferred she wears, the neckpiece she has is designed to connect to her helmet. which means Garrnet gets to wear a very long and pointy-nosed helm hehe

overall. i love Garrnet. i love genderswapping characters and Thinking about how that changes and affects them in a similar story and setting... cultural context and everything about it.. ough so delicious.. do not fret my lovelies, you will be getting some genderbent Aphmau and Laurance too.. Adrien and Lauran will become very real.. AND!!! YOU'LL GET YAPPING ABOUT THEM TOO HOPEFULLY VERY LIKELY!! MUAHAHAHA!!

ive missed making posts about my art.. i need to Get my arse into gear and make some more posts too.. too many drafts in my backlog that i keep putting off..

for those lovely oomfies who have been wondering "where did kraycee's irregular but potentially beloved art posts go??" the answer is... i got sick 😢 lost a lotta motivation due to being sick + losing a lotta time for art. i have still Drawn Stuff do not fret.. just havent found the time to post/i have been very anxious about posting.. just regular boring stuff like that. my laptop is also Fucked Up atm and is not working as promised, nor according to plan.. so a lotta stuff has been paused for me because of said issues. (cant even complete my schoolwork ahahahahahahhahhahahahaaha..) we are getting there!!!! it is taking a While though.. mental health issues and illness do not go hand in hand sigh..

speaking of more mertales June related art.. i realise i forgot to post these sketches lol! whoopsies 😋

out of the two sketches, the one on the left is the design i personally lean towards the most (theyre the same design, i just like the tail more lol.) i mean either way its still June and ill draw June however i want C:<<

for some context, it is thoroughly factual that June is a pink mermaid with a lotta light pinks in her colour scheme. i personally see her with a little green in her pallet, but the full pink is JUST AS DELICIOUS MUAHAHAHAAHA!! the main reason behind why i think she would be a very pale-pinkish mermaid is cause i ah.. twirls my hair i lightly headcanon that June is albino in some way, shape, or form. i dunno, i saw her super light hair, her grey-white lashes, and was like "June gotta be the palest person on Mystreet," and it stuck lol. ugh shes just so cute dangit!!!

other than that i dont have much to comment on hehe!! go check out @berrytbh, oomfie has some GREAT headcanons that i utterly agree with in regards to siren June. Berry gotta be the greatest June expert i ever known and she KNOWS June. literally June incarnate if i do say so.. hehehe..

im so hooked on them. genuinely frfr highkey. they have ingrained themselves into my brain box. the outfits they wore in the FCU minigames were really cute so ofc i drew them in them.. oh Blazemau you infect me...

Shadow Knights posting Mystreet Shadow Knights

goodness i think about these dang Shadow Knights. well technically i think a lot of us think about these dang Shadow Knights, but like. why wouldnt we. theyre so... theyre so.. hmm. hhmmm..

this post took FOREVER cause ive been so busy and unwell and busy and SCHOOL IS EVIL!! gah.. but now.. Mystreet Shadow Knights C:<

i knoww Gene only shows up in the first image, but i felt he was necessary to include on this spread in some way. i mostly wanted to showcase how i believe their height differences would look hehehe

i am a short Zenix believer. im sorry. hes just such a little jerk. in my mind Zenix was always the shortest so i think im gonna stick with him like that lol. Gene is in the middle, he's around average height i'd say. dont be fooled though, i also picture Gene to be a fairly small guy!! mostly cause i imagine Dante is taller than him lol. i just like that. however, i imagine Sasha would be the tallest out of their group. one because towering goth baddies are appreciated here, and two because yeah. yeah Sasha would be taller than both of them. she would be lanky as hell. Gene and Zenix both radiate such loser energy that they couldnt possibly be taller than her. let me believe..

ive discussed it before, buuut i wanna re-establish that i hc Zenix as blasian and Gene as fillipino/southern-american/cuban (him and Dante are a mix of all three now mrehehe). i really like all of the ethnicities i chucked at those two hehe. and to add onto that, i hc Sasha as russian!! she just fits all the vibes for being russian in some way for me lol. shes just so cool like that!!

gaah i hope the aphblr likes my Shadow Knight sketches!! i feel neutral about them myself, they arent my best work and i dont enjoy how unfinished they feel. bUT i dont hate them, and they were a lotta fun for me to draw lol!! thank you for reading and have a lobely day!!

gosh thinking about this weregar au post again. its already such a fun as hell au in concept. yknow. Garroth being a WEREWOLF. IN GENERAL. if only Jessica had made him a werewolf from the beginning the PLOT wouldve gone SOOOO HARD. UGHH. i love and appreciate anyone who makes garroth a werewolf in their MCD rewrites/aus. he is so scrumptious and deserves more emotional turmoil because. YES.

i also just like emotionally turmoiled Garroth in general. he is genuinely written so nicely in MCD, i love and appreciate his character so much. theres something so lovely about a character who's closed off and who doesnt reveal who they really are until they admit a truth they cant go back on. its even MORE FUN when theres multiple layers of truths that the character opens up about over the course of the story, leading to them simply existing openly, honestly, and wonderfully.

damnit i really need to keep watching Minecraft Diaries... do it for laurmau garmau and garrancemau.. do it Kray do it..

I CANT BELIEVE IT TOOK ME THIS LONG TO POST THIS. THESE HAVE BEEN IN MY CAMERA ROLL FOR WEEKS. OHMIGOSH. i am so sorry Jayden lovers and Aphmau VP fans and aphmau lovers in general!

i have no explination for why i just. forgot about Jayden posting. ive been meaning to upload these for so long im sobbingg...

oh my stubbly-faced man from Estorra you are so intriguing. guy from mystery world that was only in so many episodes. your attitude was incredible and i miss your bluntness..

while its not explicitly confirmed that Jayden is from Dreams of Estorra, its pretty strongly implied through his character design + background props in the series. because of his mystical-worldly origins, i wanted to make sure that he didnt entirely look human. while he looks similarly enough to how i regularly draw people, i wanted to make his nose look funky in comparison to what i normally do. alongside this, i gave him what i can best describe as "fur" around his ears. i dont know. why. not entirely at least. bUT i thought it was cool so i wanted to point it out..

hes also got funky eyebrows!!!! yippe!!! oh i had a lotta fun giving him them big weird eyebrows.. (<- guy obsessed with drawing big eyebrows) cough, oh and uh, i had fun giving him curls too!!! mrehehehe... i had a lotta fun giving him those poofy curls in his curly hair.. (<- coincidentally is also obsessed with drawing curly hair)

but yehh!!! Jayden from VOID Paradox!! gah i had a lotta fun drawing him. its a shame that theres so little fanart of him, and in fact, it is also a shame that theres so little mentions of him... he's literally such a chill straightforward guy. hes just so cool.

he is also from VP which is the greatest invention ever and i cant stop thinking about VOID Paradox WHAT IS WRRONG WITH MEEE UGH..

my thoughts on Zenix. ohohoho. my THOUGHTS?!!

i frequently wonder about Zenix. he's not as on-my-mind as some other characters are, but i doth dearly wonder about him. there is SO MUCH about his character that deserved to be explored, not only in regular MCD, but in Rebirth as well. there was a certain level of life breathed into him in Diaries Rebirth that just. it means so much to me. and ive always been so heartbroken that we didnt get more...

oh and obviously i have a design down for him because DUUHHH. ZENIX!!!!! (yammering under the cut as per usual)

rare Kray-Cee graphite drawing.. pencil mediums are my beloved but the lead me back into bad habits sigh..

as i stated in the tags of a previous post, i view Zenix as blasian (with potentially some latino in there somewhere. i cant help mysel-) i think its neat and it perchance suits him. thats just how ive imagined him to be grins smiles!! im very careful with who i hc as blasian because i will AGONISE over getting their designs JUST right (<- thank you rise of the tmnt for altering my brain chemistry forever. blasian turtle boys my beloveds..) and Zenix has been no different lmao.

i know and im pretty sure was @/meiwii who said Zenix should have a wolfcut.. this was drawn before that. i kinda envision him to have scruffy hair in his face, with the rest of it poofing out. the longer parts of his hair got put into a braid because i thought, "you know what? zenix would like that. he would think that shit would look cool." and it stuck with me. and, as some people have probably noticed by now, i REALLY like giving characters curls/really curly hair. like, straight hair isnt bad at all!!! i doth like it!! i personally just.. really like drawing curls. i spent months learning how to draw them and i will continue to draw them because yes. i also personally cannot imagine Zenix with straight hair.. like.. mm nah nah it doesnt seem right to me. Zenix with curly, poofy hair, that he maintains like a queen? THAT. feels delicious for me.

ZENIX HAS ALSO BEEN CLAIMED INTO THE "massive eyebrow gang" ohmyirene i JUST realised that ToT i cant stop giving these men massive eyebrows!! dangit!!! but theyre so fun..

you know what else is fun? i headcanon that all the Shadow Knights in Mystreet have like. random amounts of piercings and jewellery on their bodies. for Gene, i give him an eyebrow piercing and thirds on both his ears. for Sasha, shes got bangles and bracelets for DAYS, alongside a LOT of rings, earrings, and necklaces. shes got a lotta piercings in her ears, but doesnt like stuffing them to the brim every day. she wears clear studs when she wants to take things easy. and ZENIX has also got up-to-thirds on both his ears, alongside a labret piercing (that he's totally had since highschool btw)!!

i am going to be honest!! i actually havent drawn a MCD Zenix design.. the aphmau sketchbook is filled to the brim, and im currently, anxiously attempting to get used to my wider sketchbook. so i was only able to get some Mystreet related design stuff done for him and Sasha, in comparison to.. uh.. all the uh.. Gene.. ive drawn.. nervous chuckle. anyway, when i have a SOLID Diaries Zenix design. well.. hehe.. i'll rambles about him then.. hehr..

oh, yeah. uh. a "new" sketchbook does exist in my currently growing collection of Aphmau Sketchbooks.. i dooo need to buy a new one the same size as my first.. oh, Sketchbook tour dropping when?? whoo knows... eehhehe..

i think about the Aphmau characters sooo dang much.. i genuinely reaaaally wanna draw ALL OF THEM. ALL THE TIME. EVERY DAY. AAUGHH huhuhuhuhuuuu... they need to become real, like, YESTERDAY!! sigh..
