RIP personal space you never had it easy with these two š
Dean's face whenever someone flirts with his angel
"spn fandom has the worst gaydar ever"
POSSIBLY
"the supernatual cast have been so openly affectionate and horny for each other that we failed to see the obvious signs"
PROBABLY
"we were told for years that the gayest love story that ever graced our screens was only platonic so we're preconditioned to think they're just buddies"
MOST DEFINITELY
I laughed so fucking hard at this
Cas + humanity
No one prepared me for the emotional breakdowns my daughter would have. The girl is 2 and has bigger feelings than I do.
1.10 "Asylum" is literally just an episode all about Dean being smart and perceptive as fuck.
He finds a hidden journal in a false wall.
He reads the journal and uses it to unravel the entire narrative of the haunting by himself before meeting up with Sam again.
He determines what likely happened to Dr. Allicot (killed by his patients in his own torture room).
Based on that hunch he finds the hidden torture room in a room Sam had already checked.
He tricks a ghost-influenced Sam into taking his unloaded pistol so he can get the drop on him and knock him unconscious.
He notices Dr. Allicot's hair sticking out of the side of a cabinet and uncovers his body.
While Dr. Allicot is actively attempting to infiltrate Dean's mind, despite the fact that he very much does have hidden resentments/anger, Dean resists long enough to torch Dr. Allicot's bones.
And all of this happens in an episode where a claim is made that Dean always follows orders without question and has no mind of his own. Which is why you cannot uncritically absorb and regurgitate things the characters say about themselves or each other. You have to actually watch what is happening onscreen.

CASTIEL ā§ 9.9 HOLY TERROR
black and white 90s interview billie joe armstrong save me
How funny is it that Supernatural wanted to replace Castiel with Anna as the angel to guide Dean through the Apocalypse. And Dean and hers romance would parallel that of Sam andĀ Ruby's. But Cas was too popular. And beloved. So they killed Anna and left Cas. And so Cas and Dean's relationship ended up paralleling Sam and Ruby's roman-- [gunshots]
according to misha collins castiel's biggest regret was not telling dean that he loved him sooner. and according to jensen ackles dean's biggest regret was not being able to save cas. i'm gonna be sickkkkk.
that's it. that's the whole show
AND BONUS
How does any of this make sense if Dean isn't bisexual?? No, really. How????
THERE'S NO STRAIGHT EXPLANATION FOR ANY OF THIS
