Elsa’s sleep being disrupted by Anna and the secret siren
Anna comes to life in Weezer’s “Lost in the Woods” official music video
“As we developed Frozen 2, we learned more about the difference between myths and fairy tales, and understanding that distinction was a big turning point for us. Myths are about magical characters in an ordinary setting, beings who must bear the weight of the world on their shoulders and usually meet a tragic end. Fairy tales, on the other hand, are about ordinary characters in a magical world, people who must go through a difficult time but come out changed and triumphant. Myths are about hard truths. Fairy tales are about potential. Learning this was a lightning bolt of understanding: We realized that Frozen was a myth and a fairy tale running side by side! Elsa is a classic mythic character, while Anna is a classic fairy-tale character. Frozen would have been a very dark mythic tragedy for Elsa if it weren’t for Anna’s fairy tale saving the day. Once we figured that out, we knew we couldn’t stray from that structure in Frozen 2 - that’s their journey.”

this is so nitpicky but in the frozen concept art book when they said it was BASED on bergen and arendal and norway but it's only based not actually those. and then in frozen 2 when agnar said oh some danish author

my main problem was kristoff of course and how elsa and anna were made out to be related to the people from the north (which makes no sense) and still didnt talk at all about kristoff's past when he obviously looks like them and is similar to them which i know is just a cash grab for another movie or short or whatever but it made no sense and just seemed like disney pulled it out of its ass last minute. and one of the first trailers with the girl w curly hair was supposed to be iduna?
??????? Ok
frozen 2 was ridiculously lazy
Frozen II ( 2019 )
