I think this is what anxiety sounds like

I'm unable to sleep, eat or even breathe normally. Everything hurts. The world seems so dim and I'm actually pretty numb. Maybe it's knowing that this won't last forever or maybe it's because I'm hoping that you'll change your mind. I don't know how to do anything. I feel so small and I don't know what to do or how to act. I don't even know who I am anymore because you are now apart of me. I have your mannerisms, your parts of speech and even your facial expressions now. Every time I even move, I'm reminded of you and I just don't know who I am if I can't have that. Slowly these will fade and I will find myself my own person again, but I hated who I was before you. I was just this broken little thing and I could barely keep my life in tact. And you. My sun and moon and everything in between, swept in and saved me from myself, even though at the time I was unaware I even needed to be saved. I just wake up and hope I either see your face, or receive a text. Because I don't care how long I'll have to wait until you're ready (and yes, I also need to accept the fact that that day may never actually come) but you were made for me. And I was made for you. I won't ever stop hoping and I won't ever stop working towards earning your trust and winning you back. But please, don't fall in love with someone else. I love you so dearly and I don't know what I would do if I saw you looking at someone knew who makes your heart soar like I did. I am me. I am separate. I will never just be one of a number. I am her. I am it. And please, I'm begging you, don't forget to come back for me.
