Extra Life | Play Games. Heal Kids.

Extra Life unites thousands of players around the world in a 24 hour gaming marathon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $14 million for local CMN hospitals.

This year, Game Day is November 7th!  I am so excited to participate in this amazing fundraiser again this year.   Please consider supporting my efforts to raise money for the Alberta Children's Hospital through this 24-hour Gaming Marathon with Extra-Life.   I really wish we didn't have a need for children's hospitals, but we do.  We so do.  And they need our ongoing support in order to continue to provide excellent care for kids and their families.

There’s a new OS for the iPhone. It’s called iOS 8. Why? Apple won’t say.

Regardless, we’ve got a new Tumblr app out today that takes advantage of iOS 8’s improved sharing features. Make a photo post right from your Photos app, for example. Or a link post right from Safari. Couldn’t be easier.

Also: Posts are now the full width of the screen. That means photos are 3% larger than before. Sounds like a little, feels like a lot.
