Kirishimaâs Quirk - a spell for hardening against negativity
*inspired by Kirishimaâs quirk, which allows him to harden his skin like stone*
Needed:Â - A large stone or three smaller stones - A workspace you can get dirty and clean easily *Wax Mess Warning* - Brown, Red and Black Candles (these can be replaced with a single white candle if nessicary)
Steps: - Do your normal grounding and centering process. if you dont have one, I recommend meditation. but there are lots of other ways to do it too. - Set your stone/s our in front of you and light your candles. - Once your candles have burned enough to have some melted wax on top (you dont need a lot), Begin with the black candle. Drip the wax over the stone/s and say or think: â I banish negativity from my body, my mind, my soul and my space.â - Move on to the Brown Candle. Drip its wax over your stone/s. say/think: âI call to myself concentration and stability less breakable than stone.â -Repeat this with the red candle, and say/think: âI call to myself the strength of stone, and the ability to endure and survive all that is thrown my way.â - Return to the Black candle and pour its wax over the stone again. Say/Think: âWith Skin of Stone I will be grounded, protected and defended from the negativity in my life.â - To close the spell, blow out your candles and store the stone somewhere safe.Â

Witch Tip
If you feel disconnected from nature and donât feel like youâre doing witchcraft ârightâ because you donât go for walks in the woods or down by the sea, itâs okay. You donât need to be in nature, or be silent, or still. You donât need to live with one foot in the past. That magic has beauty and charm, but it isnât for everyone.
Thereâs magic in urban places, where thereâs so many lights at night that your city can be seen from space. The hum of electricity is just as powerful as the sounds of nature. The wind howling down an alley has a different feel than the winds that blow the waves, but itâs no less powerful. You can so easily find the liminal spaces in late night diners and on rooftops and in the back of antique shops.
Thereâs magic in being surrounded by books. These books are full of your spiritual ancestors, the ghosts of witches who came before and are whispering secrets to you. Canât you hear their voices when you turn the pages?Â
Thereâs magic right here on your computer, connecting you to a thousand thousand other witches. Magic has learned the shape of the internet, and witches have ridden it well. Little charms are passed in messages like they were once passed on parchment, spells are shared and amplified and coordinated in a great invisible web across the world.Â
Magic is creation. Magic is shaping the world little by little to suit your needs and desires. It isnât where you are or what you have; itâs you. It grows in spaces where you have grown, and lives as you live.
How can you be doing magic wrong?
Morning Routines
As the sun rises (or the moon for the nocturnal), a variety of beauty routines sweep the Netherworld as monsters seek to look their best (or worst, or both).
Dragons roll around in gems, often crushing them into a fine dust that polishes and protects their scales. There are few things better than a good scratch!
Witches often wash their face with swamp water before applying ash from their hearth. Ghoulish gracious you look terribly great!
Vampires use mold and fungi grown in decaying lands, adding the smells of the earth to their grim perfumes. This allows them to hide their undead auras and blend into crowds of humans.
Ghosts spend their time in the walls of houses, gathering forgotten cobwebs and creeping rust. Even the non-corporeal enjoy these pamperings, passing through the houseâs bones to soak up residual energies. You are spooky and lovely, darlings!
witchy things to do in the fall
spend time outside and pay attention to the changes in the season
make lots of tea and charge it all with good energy
jump in leaf piles
wear cozy sweaters and put wards on them for protection
cover urself in leaves
light an excessive number of candles
eat the leaves
feel the leaves
become the leaves
I need more witch friends, or friends who are into similar spiritual stuff
