Since you're familiar with using coconut oil, has it effected your facial hairs.. Like make it grow out darker and longer? I used olive oil and brown sugar to scrub my face, but the oil made my facial hair more visible, which i didn't want to happen or know that that would happen :(
I haven't experienced anything like that at all.. That's really interesting. I only use cold pressed extra virgin, if that has anything to do with it.
Where are your black cut out oxfords from? You are wearing them in one of your IG pics with tacos. They are super cute!
Thank you! Got them from Zara.
So do you like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Peanut butter sandwiches? Or just jelly sandwiches?
Mmmm, neither. But if I did have to pick, I'd say pb&j.
This may be really weird to hear, but I have to say that your shoulders are magnificent! You put good work into em!
Why thank you, I do try to work out as much as I can!
What's yours & Jordan's love language? Like, which one do guys think dominates… There is 5: words of affirmation, acts of service, giving/receiving gifts, quality time, or physical touch?
I don't think I've ever heard of this? I'm not sure how to answer lol
How do you manage to have such an awesome wardrobe while being a college student?
Oh thank you ! I don't know, I don't shop very often. When I do, I like to buy things I know that are versitile and will last me a while.
Hi! I was just wondering how you stay so fit? I know you're on the raw til 4 diet but do you also exercise often?
Yes, I do workout pretty often. My workouts consist of weight training and cardio.
So for the raw til 4 diet, you just eat fruit and raw veggies until 4 and then actual meals with rice and vegetables and maybe chicken for dinner ?
Pretty much, but no chicken. Keep fat and sodium low as well. Also, make sure to eat enough. At least 2500 calories a day.
Hi, you are beautiful! I was wondering.. What do you eat on a regular day to day basis on the raw til 4 diet? I'm thinking about trying it out as well. Thank you in advance! :)
Aw, thank you! Everyday is different, but um let's see.. yesterday i started off with 1 liter of water, let that get my digestive system going. Then I made a huge fruit smoothie that consisted of mangoes, oranges, pineapples, bananas, and water. That was a good pitcher full of smoothie, because I don't have a cup that big.. haha.
After that, I drank another maybe 1/2 a liter of water, then had about 5 nectarines. I then had about 3 mangoes, then drank the other 1/2 liter.
4pm hits, I look for white rice! :D I had maybe 2 cups of cooked white rice with some cooked veggies. Then around 7 oclock I go again for another maybe 3 cups of white rice with some more cooked veggies and tons and tons of tomatoes. Ended the day with another liter of water.
I love this lifestyle, there's no limit at all. Carb it up! Try it out, and let me know how it goes for you :D
Hi! What exactly do you do in your new diet? I'm actually considering becoming a vegetarian or vegan but I'm not exactly sure what steps I should take. I'm also interested in that high carb raw til 4 diet but I'm not exactly sure whatit is and idk how id be able to adjust since my daily food intake really isn't the best right now lol. Please help me! :)
Hi! Sooo, I'm fairly new to all this and have done a bunch of research already and love what I've read about this lifestyle. It hasn't been easy to convert but it's been sooo worth it. I started with incorporating more fruits/veggies in my diet, cutting out fats, and keeping sodium low. I suggest trying that out first, and getting accustomed to that way of eating first before actually going all the way vegan. Once you feel ready and done your research, go for the raw til 4 high carb vegan route. For me, it's been a struggle and still is. I'm just taking it day by day.
where can you purchase li hing powder if you are posted in the bay area?
Bought mine in Hawaii, but I've heard you can get them in downtown sj japantown.
