I've been off Instagram for months and months now but I really want to get on there just to ask if anyone has any recommendations for specific out-of-pocket therapists accepting new patients, but I don't want to freak people out haha. I just need to crowdsource, that's all!

I've gotta say, while I'm disappointed that my anxiety spirals seem to have become more of a pattern in my day-to-day life than an abnormality, I am very pleased that the all-consuming depth of my panic response has lessened and I can still keep the bigger picture in view even in the midst of it all! So yay?
