Fix Your Eyes Forward

A saying that was given to me approximately 20 years ago has really helped me recently get through some very difficult times. I live by this saying, which is 'Fix your eyes forward to the things you can do, not back at the things you cannot change.' Let go of the past hurt and things you are unable to fix that you regret or wish you could have done differently. It's time to look forward and put one foot in front of the other looking ahead at you can accomplish and achieve, at the new adventures that lie ahead, and begin to live life to the fullest.
