Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards 2012
Don't forget to head over to West 7th this weekend for the 2012 Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards. Whiskey Folk Ramblers, Luke Wade & No Civilians, Tim Halperin, Burning Hotels, Telegraph Canyon, EPIC RUINS, The Phuss, The Orbans, Pinkish Black, Calhoun, Josh Weathers & the True Endeavors are just a handful of the bands playing this year. The entire lineup can be found on Fort Worth Weekly's website or on the newsstands along with the schedule. The events will start at 4pm and continue late into the evening! All of the shows are FREE but don't forget $5 for a charity CD. The proceeds go to the Tarrant County Food Bank. Hope everyone can make it out.

Bruce Springsteen - Death To My Hometown
Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band's 2012 'Wrecking Ball' World Tour will continue in the US and Canada with new dates in late summer beginning August 18th.
The video for Bruce Springsteen's Death To My Hometown is being released today. The video features a performance by Tom Morello (The Knightwatchman, Rage Against the Machine, Audio Slave) and Live footage of the song being performed on a recent tour date.

Deep Ellum Arts Festival
Coming up this Easter weekend from April 6-8 is the 18th Annual Deep Ellum Arts Festival. It's a free, 3-day event in which you will get to experience great art, food, and of course fantastic music spanning across four different stages all featuring an eclectic mix of genres with artists that you won't want to miss such as Luke Wade & No Civilians, Oil Boom, Lance Lopez, Wes Jeans, Oso Closo, Matt Baron, Reinventing Jude and many, many more.
