Naya Rivera did NOT commit suicide.
This is not to shame anyone who has attempted or knows someone whom has died to suicide, but Naya Rivera did not commit suicide and saying she did undermines her final living actions.
Lake Piru is known by locals for having thick brush, whirlpools, random rips, heavy currents and a large case of deaths/missing people. Tourists do not know about this, and locals have been begging for a sign to be put up.
Naya couldnât have known about this, if she did, she wouldnât have gone swimming there, because she was not planning to die.
Naya was only planning for a good afternoon with her son, and no one can fault her for wanting to treat her baby to a fun day swimming in a seemingly perfect lake.
But, its been reported that Naya got caught up in something during the swim, and pushed Josey back onto the boat with the last of her energy before going under.
Naya didnât expect the lake to be dangerous, and when she realised something was wrong? She saved her baby, even though she died.Â
Say what you want, but my respect for this woman has tripled. She died saving her son, she essentially sacrificed herself for him during a tough situation.Â
Now, remember, drowning is one of the worst ways to go, and that itself must have been horrific to go through and scary. Scary for her, scary for her son.
She LOVED her son, there is NO way this mama wouldâve willingly driven her son out on a lake and mentally/emotionally traumatized him by making him watch her die.Â
This could very well be one of his first memories, or a memory that will last him forever, he literally saw his own mother die.Â
This is something most people are given the luxury of not having to witness, especially so young.Â
He will only have stories of his mother, not her. She wouldnât willingly do that to him.Â
Donât undermine the fact that she put him back on that boat so that only she alone would be found floating in the next few days.
She did not kill herself, Glee is not cursed, Lea Michelle had nothing to do with her death, and the fact that this landed on Coryâs death anniversary is a very unfortunate and coincidental event that has no real correlation to it.
This is real life, not a fucking drama show. Stop hurting their friends and family with these stupid rumours. Youâre just reading it, you are not living it.
