What if Chat opened the door in Lady wifi?
This has been in my inbox for days, and I have had NO idea how to go about it for the longest time. But I think I got it. A way for a reveal to happen, without Chat noir going against his character.
(What if Chat noir realized who ladybug was in Lady Wifi?)
-Ladybug went inside the room to go transform back. Â He just takes a moment. He wants to go in there and reveal who he is. But he doesn't. He knows it wouldn't be right.
-Chat noir doesn't go to the door, he doesn't close it. He just sighs in defeat. There are no cameras around, he might as well detransform now. So he does so, and he starts to walk away. But someone bumps into his back just before he exited the hallway.
-He turns to see what bumped into him. It was his classmate, Marinette. The young designer looked up to see it was Adrien.
âA-Adrien! Hi, Hey. Wasn't you expecting! I mean, I...â
-âMarinette what are you doing... here...â Adrien notices the door that had suddenly opened all the way. It was the room Ladybug had entered. His eyes go wide. He knew. He knew who ladybug was.
-Marinette was frantically apologizing about bumping into him. But Adrien interrupts her.
-âIts late, Why don't I walk you home.â Adrien told marinette with a soft smile.
-The designer blushed, thanking him for the offer. She somehow manages to agree.
-Adrien and Marinette walk home. Adrien did ask why Marinette was in the hotel.
-Marinette gave the excuse that she figured out Alya was Lady Wifi and wanted to try and talk her out of it.Â
-Adrien compliments her. âThats a pretty ladybug move. Though dangerous. You should leave that to Ladybug and Chat noir.â
-Marinette tells him she will remember that in the future, She asks why he was there?
-Adrien mentioned he had a photo shoot nearby and ChloĂŠ asked him to stop by as she had a question about Chemistry. But then Lady Wifi showed up.
-Marinette is safely walked home.
-Marinette thanks Adrien, and Adrien smiles.
-He takes her hand and kisses it. Telling her to be more careful next time.
-Marinette was tomato red after that. Adrien leaves.
-Marinette is practically BEAMING.
-Adrien started walking back, he was processing all of this.
-Marinette was ladybug. How did he not realize it sooner?
-Part of him felt guilty, Marinette/Ladybug didn't want him to know. She didn't want anyone to know who she was.
-Plagg pointed out, at least he didn't go in and actively peak, Though he still is confused why he didn't do that in the first place.
-Adrien says it wouldn't have been right, it still wasn't right that he knew and she didn't.
-âWell what ya gonna do, reveal yourself to her and ruin the trust between you two forever?â
-Adrien realizes that would be awful. He couldn't hurt Ladybug like that. No, he needed an alternative idea.
-He would just need to build his relationship with Ladybug enough for her to trust him with her identity. Then he can reveal himself, she sees its him, and by that point we can just laugh about the Coincidence. It wasn't a good plan, but Adrien said it was the best plan he had.
-âIn the mean time, you can now flirt with Marinette. She is Ladybug.â
-Adrienâs eyes went wide at this. Marinette was ladybug, Ladybug was marinette. The girl of his dreams sat behind him in class.Â
-âBut she only sees me as a friend. I barely patched things up with her a little while ago. Would she even be able to see me that way?â
-Plagg shrugs, commenting he has his work cut out for him.
-Adrien now had two missions, Get her to trust him as Chat noir completely, and get Marinette to fall in love with him as Adrien. Both seemed very hard in his opinion.
