Fangirl Challenge ⇨ [2/10] Male Characters:
↪ Byakuya Kuchiki
Let me tell you about the difference between you and me. It’s like the story of the monkey trying to capture the moon. However close he thinks he is to the moon, it’s still just the reflection of the moon in the middle of the lake. Now matter how he struggles to capture the “moon”, he inevitably sinks to the bottom of that lake to no avail. You will never reach me.
About Bleach and its not that bad end.
Ok, I feel like a need to do this. We need to talk about Bleach. (or Ichigo’s end) I’ve been a great fan of Bleach since 2012, it’s been 5 years of real pleasure for watching/reading this anime. I know the last chapter was released on August 2016 but I only read it today. (Actually, I’ve read the last 50 chapters today lol) I must say that I’m not disappointed like everyone (or most of them) seems to be. Truly, I’m kinda happy. Like, I knew the end would be a lil trash, so maybe I’ve just accepted that Bleach didn’t end like “WOW”. I think what disappoints me the most is the fact that RenRuki happened, but it’s personal case. (although Rukia and Renji were ONLY FRIENDS with NO ROMANCE BETWEEN THEM at any moment). It makes me a lil sad that Grimmjow (one of my faves), Urahara, Yourichi, Neliel(…) were just forgotten. Like, what happened to them???? Hueco Mundo has been drestoyed, hasn’t it? So, WHERE THE **** IS GRIMMJOW??????? About Ichigo (what probably bothers people most), I think he had a fair end. On last chapter, he reminds me of his father (Isshin). Isshin has also been a shinigami (capitain!!!) and consequently very influential on Soul Society, but at some point, he got married, built a family and decided to live in Karakura with his loved ones. That’s exactly what happened to Ichigo, actually, I think it was something Kubo wanted to do, we can see that Ichigo looks a lot like his father on the last cover of the anime. That doesn’t means Ichigo will never step in Soul Society again, it just means he is living the peace he helped to build. Also, if a new enemie would appear in SS again, it’s pretty obvious that Ichigo wouldn’t be at home cooking with his wife. I think he would immediatly get into it, even more if one of his friends were involved in that. So, I think it’s just fair with him and fair with the story. Maybe some people wanted him to turn into a capitain (I would like to see this), but although he is really into the shinigami thing, he’s still a human, with a family on the “real world” and stuff. To finish, I just wanted to say that I’m not 100% happy with the end, I may say it’s a 70%. A lot of things weren’t explained, weren’t showed to fans (Aizen’s Bankai). But foccusing on the Ichigo thing, I think the autor really did think about him, not just did anything to end Bleach ASAP. So, deep down in my heart, I’m actually happy and satisfied about some characters ending. That’s it. I still have a lot to say about it, but I don’t want to make this post longer than it already is, but I’m totally opened to talk about this. Thanks for reading! :)
