I need to go pick up a new key to my front door but ive been unusually anxious and panicky lately and started new anxiety pills yesterday and guess what some of the beginner side effects are?? INCREASED ANXIETY AND PANIC ATTACK SYMPTOMS fuckmeeeeeeeeee i don't think i can manage the key thing today, i already had 3 attack scares when i had to go pick up some other pills AND OUR SAUNA'S BROKEN which fucking sucks cause today's sauna day and it mightve at least relaxed me a bit! how fucking dare I try to stop spiralling, here's a bunch more shit to your cargo as punishment AND I KNOW!!!! YEA I KNOW starting to avoid things youre scared of doing just makes things worse with panic issues cause when you make a big deal out of something then it becomes an even bigger deal yeah i know I knoooooow vitun kärpäsestä härkänen -häiriö 💀 let's just hope these are only beginner side effects and not permanent ones 🤞
