Check it out- Goths in Hannibal, MO lettin' their flag fly. Hannibal is Mark Twain's home and has a low cost of living. This 1870 Victorian is for sale for only $150k. (The winters in Hannibal, are harsh, though.) 3bds & 1ba, but you can't beat this price and the house is so nice. Take a look.

For the price, this can't be beat. Look at how pretty it is. (Note the little red mouse door.)

This is unusual, you enter the dining room. It's lovely. That chandelier!

This could be the sitting room, if the new owner prefers.

The kitchen is painted black, but they left the island as it was, for contrast. I wonder if the lamp pole will convey. That looks so cool.

The kitchen's large, too. Look at the gold accents. Love the armoire and unfitted pieces along the back wall.

The living room is currently behind the kitchen.

This is very nice. So cozy.
