We all have toxic traits that we need to work on and as an adult it’s our responsibility to recognize the damage that they can do to the ones we love. We all need to put in more effort in becoming better individuals.

The writing on this show is just so quality.

It’s worth noting that if the writers had gotten the fourth season they were sure they were going to have (Thanks, M Night Shamalan), then Azula would have eventually reached her lowest point, and Zuko showing her unconditional love and support (the way Iroh showed him) would have helped her come around.

But at this point in the story, she has tons of power, uses it to hurt people, and doesn’t want to be helped.

I love how the show makes the distinction between giving people a chance if they’re ready to learn and grow, and understanding that when someone is hurting others and doesn’t want to be helped, you’re not obligated to let them keep hurting you or others.

I know a lot of people right now are feeling lots of different ways after the news hit. I know a lot of you are in a similar situation as me, watched him while young and his videos were a place of comfort through difficult times. I’m not that little girl anymore who was thought she was in love with a youtuber, I’m an adult now and I can stop looking at him as my perfect idol.

What he did was inexcusable. People may forgive him for his sincerity and, though it might be sincere, it should not stop you from truly understanding the pain caused by his actions. Young girls, his fans, were taken advantage of by a man in a position of power. It couldn’t have been an equal relationship, these girls were young and vulnerable and a man came and fucked up their views on relationships and trust for years while he had a legion of fans to support him. I can’t imagine how alone they must felt.

You can acknowledge his sincerity, but the consequences for such can action should be greater. I’m 20 years old and having ANY type of relationship with a 16 year old makes me cringe with disgust. I was appalled when he mentioned not growing up in his head after being a streamer, as if to defend his consistent predatory actions towards girls. Even if you’re immature, having 5-6 years of life experiences AS AN ADULT can not justify a lame “I was really a child on the inside” excuse.

I do feel hurt from all this, mostly because it’s an acknowledgement of the harsh realities of the world. Cryaotic was a solace for child me and it feels as if that piece of my childhood has finally ended. I can look back and still value that happiness he gave me as a child, but the pain and suffering of his victims will prevent me from ever supporting him again. And to Cry, I hope that you face the consequences of your actions.

So I’m just legit gonna copy and paste cause I made this post back then so I won’t have to type it all out again:

Cry has hurt a lot of people. Back in the day, he would flirt with MULTIPLE people, ranging from 16 year old girls in the tag, to his best friend’s girlfriend, and literally ANYBODY.

Cry also flirted and interacted with a few girls he “felt sorry for”. Like legit, I won’t drop names, but one of my friends that used to be close to Cry told me he only play flirted with another friend of mine because HE FELT SORRY FOR HER. He said that he “Thought she was lonely and gave her something to do”. With one of those cases (where he flirted with girls that he felt sorry for) that person doesn’t even like the thought of Cry anymore BECAUSE of that.

Another girl, who was 16 at the time, told him to get some sleep because there was a 24 hour stream and to take a bath and unwind. His response? “I swear, I think you’re coming onto me at some points~”. HE SAID THAT TO A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL?? Literally because she told him to rest and unwind after a long stream.

Also, back then, he was talking and flirting with a mod who was under the age of 18. Of course, when he found out they was under 18, he said he wouldn’t want to talk to them again, but, of course, he didn’t stay away.

One old artist from the fandom can’t even think about Cry because they literally, LITERALLY have panic attacks. They cut ties with Cry and blocked all sorts of contact because of what happened between them.

Also the fact is Cheyenne was 16 years old when they got together. Why would a 22/23 year old be with a 16 year old????

Past mods have said “Don’t talk to me about that man, I don’t need him in my life again”. Past crew members have been wronged by him. Fans aren’t the only ones that have been hurt. Cry’s been a bad guy and nobody believes it because the wool is over their eyes.

Like legit, he’s done so much more and there have been allegations of so much more. This is just the most I know.
