I had the opportunity to paint a client’s backyard. He wanted a colorful mural to cover up the mundane bricks. It’s been awhile since I’ve painted on a cinder block wall and there were a lot of unknown factors such as:
“will the paint grab onto the wall?”,
“will I be able to blend colors as well”
“finish in a timely manner”
“Why did I pick the hottest week to paint?”

Just to name a few concerns. But putting the task into steps helps the entire process and testing in a small area also helps me understand the process better.
Overall, I think it turned out decent with the tools in hand. (Used dirty brushes and leftover paint from previous jobs). The client was satisfactory with the result, so that’s a mission complete!
