25th Anniversary of The Emperor's New Groove!

I have so many fond memories of this movie and it's PS1 tie-in video game so I made this Kuzco fanart to celebrate!

okay so i last posted here on december 1st saying i'd probably change to a christmas icon "tomorrow" and then. obviously i never did 😭 i'm sorry, i did not mean to abandon this blog. these past few months have really just sucked majorly lol. toward the end of june something happened in my personal life that was a huge disruption to my life and to the life of the people in my family who i live with, and i still haven't been able to get used to it. it's something i've been pretty much constantly stressed out about this whole time and it's only gotten worse recently, to the point that for the first time in my entire life i haven't been looking forward to christmas. admittedly my mind has also been consumed by other interests, but i think if not for this, it would've been easier for me to balance things and stay active here. one of my new years resolutions is genuinely going to be to not completely abandon this blog anymore and to at least keep the queue running with emperor's new groove/new school posts from others when i don't feel like making any posts of my own lol.

ooh this is so cool, thank you for showing it to me!! and i'm so sorry this was in the inbox for over a month 😭 gonna use this ask to just apologize in general for taking another random unexplained hiatus/being super inactive over the last several months, other interests have just totally taken over my brain and i've had trouble getting myself to come back to this blog but soon i'd like to fill the queue so it at least won't be completely dead. but, yeah, looks like this is a board game called disney villainous! i had never heard of it until now but it's super cool to see yzma included—and ratigan as well, the great mouse detective is super underrated.
