( * the way he acted around people under the influence of stronger beverages wasn’t quite as positive. dealing with his mother, the one who ended up ruining his teenage years had affected kwangsuk’s opinion on drinking really strongly. of course, he had a glass or two of wine every now and then and he enjoyed clubbing more than anything. but to see someone drink quite as often as hana.., he didn’t understand it. the last three times he had seen her, she was always tipsy. )

of course, kwangsuk had both his feet planted firmly in nothing but reality. mirae should’ve known that her sudden idea would be declined by her fiancé, simply because it was too spontaneous and it was definitely not the right thing for the two of them in their living conditions. but dreaming was still allowed, right? she released a deep sigh of frustration and let him play with her dark locks, remaining silent, still, just to think about it. not only financial problems were holding them back. mirae stuck in a car for hours with no shower or sink available? that wouldn’t work out. ❝well.. i guess i.. didn’t think it through, there.. you’re right.❞ and yet it upset her. there were so many exciting things to do, but none of them were to be done by her and kwangsuk.
