the day yuri elizabeth came to your family's manor, the two of you had become closer than everyone had imagine.
well, no one can blame you since she was the only one inside this huge estate who is closer on your age.
unlike your older sister who was known for her light magic and beauty. you, her younger sister was also famous in your own way.
because you were the only one in your family who cannot use magic at all. it's not like you don't have any mana, your brothers once reassured you. you just don't have any affinity on magic.
while the nobles berated you for being 'incapable', saying that having you as their child could disgrace the family of mages. yet, your family didn't care. you were their child, no one can change that fact.
anyway- yuri, after knowing that was enraged. but at the same time, she was thrilled.
thrilled in a way that she finally knew the reason why you looked meek whenever you met someone aside from your family, mages and servants. why you looked like a scared puppy, quivering in front of a lion when you first met her.
your cuteness aside, yuri was aware about what might happen on you in the near future.
there were some futures where you died because of that darn wolf. that fucking peacock once killed you, skinned you alive and gave your skull to yuri. what's the reason? because you were far more important than him on yuri's eyes and he doesn't like it at all.
next was that fucking assassin- that asshole actually fell for you and suggested that if yuri doesn't want to leave you alone. then why don't the three of you got married? in that ending, yuri was really thankful that you died because of a monster that time.
lastly, that asshole of a playboy and a man-child reincarnate who happened to be the crown prince of your kingdom. when the two of them got married that time, that asshole actually suggested that you should call him 'big brother' since the two of you were family now. just by the thought of it makes yuri wanted to puke. how dare that man suggest that? and the fact that you had indeed called him big brother on your first meeting makes yuri want to kill him on the spot that time.
yet, yuri couldn't do anything but to watch you die or get advantage of those damn men. because whenever she tries to do something, you would look at her with those hollow lifeless eyes.
“ sister, you have to be happy. this is your destiny after all. ”
it was nauseating and frustrating. because she knew that no matter what she does. it wouldn't change the fact that in this story, her beloved younger sister's role in this world is to make sure that elizabeth would get the 'ending' the goddess wanted.
she was powerless and the only thing she could do was to watch her younger sister. her beloved younger sister get controlled by that damn goddess.
anyway, all the dramas aside. as a platonic! yandere, yuri is definitely the controlling and territorial one. my girl is really sweet before, but thanks to the goddess controlling her life countless time. yuri, uhm, yeah- became a little... crazy.
she realized that the only time when the goddess will be able control you. is when you meet one of those damn male leads. so why would she let you see them when she could have you herself? there's no way yuri would let those guys taint her pure little sister again!
moving on, you do appreciate your sister's affection. you really does. but there's some time when you think that this kind of unsettling. her utterless devotion and adoration towards you, i mean.
because there were some time when you woke up on a middle of the night when you hear rustling sound in your bed. only to find your older sister laying down next to you, hugging you really tight with that blushing face and smile.
the next one is when you lost a dress of yours. at first, you thought that you were just imagining it. i mean, losing a big ass dress? yeah, maybe your maid had just misplaced it. but then, while on your way to your eldest brother's room to ask if he can accompany you to the boutique to buy some dress, you noticed that the door in your sister's room is ajar.
you remembered how she kept on forbidding you to go in her room before. it was dirty and unorganized, yuri reasoned.
when you remembered that, you giggles. then, you decided to take a peek inside her room. maybe her room were full of magic scrolls? or those crystal balls? maybe books? you excitedly thought. but boy, oh boy, you were wrong.
because what you saw inside was.. a shrine. yeah, a shrine that was full of your portraits along with that life sized doll of yours. ah, there was your missing dressed neatly displayed in a mannequin.
you were concerned, definitely so. you doesn't know what was going on inside the mind of your older sister and what the hell is up with her strong attachment towards you.
i mean, you love yuri- but this is getting out of hand.
so, what did you do? you decided to close the door, acting like you didn't saw anything. because you knew damn well how good yuri is when it comes on changing the topic. you were sure that if ever you confront her, that damn gorgeous older sister of yours would just casually changed the topic and before you even realized it. you were already eating macarons with her whie your father who is usually composed and collected in front of your other siblings and yuri. would surely record the whole event. you don't even know where the hell does he uses that recording ( spoiler alert, he gave it to everyone since he wanted to show off how cute his youngest is. )
fast forward, the time when yuri goes to the capital to meet the first male lead- she knows how much you wanted to go to her but she forbid you from doing so. she doesn't know what will happen if you ever met that bastard ian.
my girl tried her best to prevent you from meeting one of the male leads. but it became a waste when that moss head asshole, peacock had arrived.
because when she and melissa had confronted peacock. she didn't realized that you had gone with them. by the time she saw you staring at peacock, she was extremely nervous. since she could still clearly remember what happened when you first peacock before. when the goddess had controlled you for first time-
“ sister, that man is dashing. so... why are you resisting him? i'm sure the two of you would suit to each other fine! ”
ahh, just by thinking that there might be a chance that you will be a peacock fan again.
it was more than enough for yuri to go down there and kill him herself.
fuck the story, the goddess or whatever. she doesn't care if she will die or something- as long as she doesn't see her adorable, pure little sister singing praises to that damn crazy bastard!
“ that guy... is he crazy? ”
that disgusted remark of yours was a surprise but not unwanted.
it made both yuri and melissa surprised. unaware of it, you proceed on ranting about how crazy peacock and how you were not able to sleep properly for a few days now thanks to his damn music band.
then suddenly, you were crushed in a hug by both melissa and yuri who kept on gashing how cute you were, getting all pouty and angry.
yuri, on the hand, realizes something. maybe, just maybe, because of melissa's existence- it seems like the goddess won't be able to control you this time.
now let's move on to melissa, this woman full knew how much yuri loved you to death. how did she knew about it, you ask? because she saw that shrine inside yuri's room.
it's a lie if she didn't say that she wasn't creeped out by it. but seeing yuri smiling at you, melissa realized that your sister loved you so much.
there was this time when she jokingly asked yuri what would she do one day if you got married. her answer? it was simple.
“ i'll kill her groom, of course! ”
saying vicious words with a sweet smile? just leave it to yuri.
she knew how much yuri loves you. that was the main reason why she assumes that there's no way yuri would allow you to leave her.
that was why after the fight that they had against the monsters. she was surprised to hear from you that you were going to study abroad.
saying that you doesn't want to be a burden to your family and how you wanted to help them in your own way. melissa was indeed surprise because she didn't expected that the smiling yuri next to you actually agreed to it.
by the time you left, she decided to ask yuri about it. but the said girl only smiled faintly, saying-
“ this is the first time she was doing something she really wanted. lady melissa. as her older sister, i should support her, right? ”
“ you know that lady lauren of the ( insert random last name cause i can't think of a name ) marquisate had married her husband that she met abroad right? ”
that simple statement had cracked yuri's carefully crafted mask.
the next day, melissa got a message from you complaining on how your older sister begged you to not go abroad or just take her with you if you don't want to change your mind.
melissa read that letter with a smile. she had to admit, yuri's love for you might be a little suffocating but it looks like you also love your sister as much as she love you.
for the first time, the heroine and her sister who had been controlled for a long time. was now doing what they wanted.
spoiler alert, remember melissa's brother? jake? the same assassin that i mentioned earlier? that guy is still hopelessly in love with you and whenever yuri saw him. he either ended up wounded or his beloved gun destroyed.
of course, melissa also lent her a hand since they can't let that her freak of a brother to have you no? they rather die than see that happen.
“ i know, lady melissa. i know that i shouldn't taint her like this when she is that pure... but- i couldn't help it, you know?! ”
“ you just agreed to let her go, you know? it's not like she will abandon you or something. ”
