Kylee Alexandra Anthony was born and raised here in Aurora Bay, California to a loving family that was respected by all. Not only was she the daughter of the Chief of Police, but she was also the younger sister of Darcy, which meant being in her shadow. Her childhood was pretty normal and while her dad was hard on her growing up, she always knew that it coming from a good place and she worked hard to make him and her family proud. Between her and Darcy, she was the goodie-goodie of the two - being the nerd, band geek and the sister that never got in trouble.
Kylee was always jealous of how free Darcy was, not giving a shit about her life and having fun, even if it meant breaking the rules. While the two fought a lot and didn’t exactly get along, they always knew that they loved each other. After the fire accident and losing Darcy’s best friend, the two slowly but surely got closer and Kylee just wanted to be there for her sister. Kylee was doing great - she had amazing friends, had great grades and was looking forward to college. It wasn’t until she went to her first party and got to experience alcohol and drugs first hand. While she doesn’t remember the night, she had a lot of fun, maybe too much fun since her dad was furious with her when she got home the next morning.
After graduating high school and looking forward to applying to colleges, Kylee stayed home for a little while longer to be with her family and to grow closer to Darcy. It wasn’t until Darcy up and left home without a warning that changed Kylee’s life. She turned onto the wrong path by partying all the time, drinking a lot, experimenting with more drugs and sleeping around with guys that lead to her not wanting to go to college anymore. Her father kicked her out of the family home and Kylee was fine with that, she could live the life she wanted, free from restrictions.
Kylee couch surfed for a while until she got a job at Sea Salt Spa as an attendant, not really having a passion for anything at the moment and going with the flow of things. After working there for a little while, she made enough money to get her own place and has been living alone and working ever since.
Kangmin: I had a feeling i would lol

Kangmin: maybe like @5- 6
"You serious? Fuck. Either they had the best first two weeks of the year and they're just dialling into reality on the end of that bender or they've kicked it off or you might have just ran into the most checked out person around. Don't know which is worse."
He does know something worse than either option and that was the vape in his hand, the synthetic cherry flavour brought with it a sickly sweetness that instantly turned him off.
"I've been good. I'd be better if you tell me you got a cigarette on you."
"I hope it's not the latter, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised," Kylee told him chuckling before glancing to his vape and shook her head. "No cigarette on me, but I do have a joint always on hand." She reached into her purse and pulled out the joint she rolled earlier along with her lighter she always kept on her. "If not, I'm sure we can find a cigarette for you somewhere." @buddywellls
A half-smoked cigarette dangles between his lips as he scrolls through his emails, his eyes searching for nothing in particular—just something to occupy himself while he waits for his friend. The faint sound of a door closing catches his attention. He quickly stubs the cigarette out on a nearby wall before tossing it into a trashcan, a smile spreading across his face. "Figured I could wait around," he said, running a hand through his blonde hair. She chuckled at his question. "Ky, I feel like you already know the answer to that—I'm always hungry. So, how about we do a two in one? A hit up a shitty dive bar with some good food? Plus, I'm pretty sure you still owe me ten dollars in TouchTunes, and torturing some bikers with the Frozen soundtrack sounds like it could be the move."
"Ah- I knew there was a reason why we're such good friends," Kylee paused dramatically with a chuckle, "it's because we know how to have a fuckin' good time. Shitty dive bar with good food and torturing bikers with the beautiful sound of the Frozen soundtrack is definitely the move," she told him with a grin before motioning her head towards the direction of said shitty dive bars and started walking. "What did you get up to today?" @vincentquinn
Kangmin: at what time do you get out of work today again?
Kangmin: my guy pulled up with some new stuff 🥦
Kangmin: thought you might want some

"Okay, okay, one more time. I swear i'll get it this time." She emits a half hearted giggle of confidence, moving up and down from her tip toes before triggering the start of the pin pall machine. As the ball bounces around the machine, it ricochet off various slingshots and flippers triggers loud sounds and bright colours. Luckily, she gets slightly further than the last few tries before the ball falls into the bottom hole. "Better than last time!"
"Oh my god, you totally got this," Kylee told Lucy with a grin and a nod, confident in her close friend that she could get a better score this time. She watched her in anticipation, not being able to keep her body still as she watched her play; basically bouncing up and down seeing her score rise. "Way better than last time! I told you, silly," she told her grinning. "What do you want to play next?"
" Just a nickname. I'm Beckett, right? But one of the first times I got wicked high in middle school I was with my friends and I was like, I feel like a bucket of drugs right now, and my girl at the time, she was like, that's so fucking stupid, but Xade was like, dude you are a bucket of drugs. And I was like so true man. And so Bucket was born. "
Stupidest fucking origin story in the world - and fuck if Bucket's not proud as hell of his stupid ass name.
"A bucket of drugs..." Kylee repeated to herself with a chuckle, taking another hit of the joint before passing it back over to Bucket, happy to share more with him. "Well, even if you are a bucket full of drugs or not, it's still great to meet you, Beckett, aka, Bucket," she said smiling. "Anything else you enjoy doin' besides sitting by your work next to an Angel like me?" She asked teasingly, with her adding in her wiggling eyebrows of course.
Sterling loved spending time with Kylee, and with her due date coming soon, she was happy to get in all the girl time she could before she had her seemingly endless sleepless nights ahead of her. "I know, it should honestly be a crime that it's been so long since we've been together. I've missed you." Sterling pouted at her bestie and linked arms with her. "Oooh, brownies sound so delicious right now. Honestly, I think you may have changed his mind from cupcakes to brownies." Sterling laughed, knowing she was probably going to cave and get a brownie and a cupcake. "Auntie Kylee already being a bad influence."
"I feel like there's so much we need to get caught up on," Kylee said with a chuckle. "I've missed you too, Sterl." She grinned as she wrapped her arm around hers as well. Looking back to all of the drool worthy baked goods, the couldn't help but laugh to Sterling's next words and nodded. "Oh girl! You know how much I love being a bad influence! I feel like those two words should now become my full middle names," she joked laughing and then got the employee's attention behind the glass, giving them a nod. "Looks like we'll be getting both cupcakes and brownies today." Once the two got their food, she found an open table and sat down to start. "How have you, Arkin and Sunny been with your due date coming up around the corner?"
Kylee loved helping out her community, especially more so when it came to the beach. "You fucking know it," she said confidently and smiled. "How long will the shift be again? I've done this before, it's just been a while."
Carter felt a bit awkward in all this, especially knowing he was the one who ruined things between them, but at least he was trying to mend things now.. right? “Yeah, we can do that. Drinks sound really nice right now. How, uh.. how’ve you been?”
Even though things felt awkward and weird between them, Kylee was looking forward to getting caught up with Carter. She pulled out her phone from her pocket to look up their options for places. "Maybe we could go to Sea Shanty or Tejas for drinks?" She suggested, happy with going to either of those places. "Tejas does have the best margaritas in town," she teasingly pointed out before running her fingers through her hair and looking up at him with a smile. "I've been doing well, thanks. The holidays were kinda crazy, but I got to spend a lot of time with family and friends. Just been keepin' it low, working...nothing too crazy. How about you?" @carter-harris
" Honored to give you a completely unique experience then, " Bucket says with a grin. He takes the shared joint and pops it in his mouth, taking a long inhale while he offers his hand for a shake. " Bucket, " he says, informal and pulled through strained lungs while he holds his hit hostage. Eventually he exhales with a pleasant little nod. " Nice to meet you, Kylee. Next time the weed's on me - it's only fair. Anyone who shares their weed with some dude they met behind a bowling alley has to be an angel. "
Kylee usually made some friends while she was out smoking weed in public, so this interaction wasn't surprising; though, she did already like talking to him. Bucket. Now that was an interesting name. Taking the joint back from him to take a hit herself, she smirked to his words and chuckled. "Sounds great to me. It's nice to meet you, Bucket," she said before taking a longer hit than before and turning away from him to cough afterwards. "It's Bucket short for something?" She asked, not caring if he got that question all the time.

location: outside of sea salt spa
Kylee had just clocked out and began walking towards the front doors of the spa, getting her phone out. She was just about to text Vincent when she looked up to see that he was already outside waiting for her. She immediately smiled seeing him and approached her good friend. "I was just about to text you saying that I'm out here but it seems you beat me to it," she chuckled. "Are you still hungry or do ya just want to get a drink somewhere first?" She asked, tugging up on the strap of her bag hanging on her shoulder.
"Someone told me, 'happy new year' yesterday and I just looked at them all confused since it's basically been like, two weeks since," Kylee told Buddy with a half chuckle. "Anyways...happy new year, Buddy!" She joked with a laugh. "For real though, how have you been?"
Bucket hates a mid-shift. He's not even sure why they open the bar this early on weekdays; all he's done in the two hours he's been here is chop a bazillion lemons and a kazillion limes (and then made little dudes out of toothpicks and said cut fruits). There's only families here right now, which is cute and all, and Bucket loves chatting up the local MILF/DILF population when they come to get a seltzer water, but he's so fucking bored.
Luckily, God or whoever seems to be looking out for him. On his way back from taking in the trash, he gets a whiff of Earth's finest treasure and, like a cartoon following the scent of a fresh-baked pie, he tracks the drifting smoke back to its source — who promptly offers a hit of salvation.
"Bro..." Bucket sniffs, putting his hand over his heart to indicate the honor he feels. "Absolutely."
He drops himself to sit on the curb beside the heaven-sent stranger and takes the offered joint. "You're an angel, dude. Anyone ever tell you that?"
Kylee immediately found herself chuckling to the guy putting his hand over his heart and a few seconds later he was sitting next to her ready to take a hit of her joint. "This is a first for me; being called bro, dude and angel all in a matter of seconds," she said, handing him the joint. "I have enough weed right now to share anyways." Though she was going to keep her larger home stash a secret for now. "I'm not much of an angel, so you can call me Kylee. What's your name?"
