his desperation to get us to stream the song is making me wanna stream it so much less. like, i get that streams are obviously fucking important--especially if he wants to impress the new label--but the way he's asking for them is like a 12 year old asking people to like their instagram posts. it just makes me feel so much secondhand embarrassment for him unfortunately

remember when he would make fun of local bands for wanting facebook likes before they release stuff but now he does the exact same thing but 10x more annoying - iz

thinking about how ironic it is that on natural blues lyrics via genius awsten is quoted saying “And the worst part is, people are falling for it. and he almost exclusively uses his like five different twitter/ig accounts to retweet praise from fave fans after his daily inevitable beg for likes and streams. idk i just wish it, didnt turn out this way
