Saw this rectangle dog last night. These proportions are accurate.
Some comparisons between my boards and final show. In case you ever wondered what it is I do. Things get carried over pretty accurately in animation so it’s super important that the storyboards are clean clear and have all the backgrounds in place (my apologies to Tony, our art director)

Hi! I messaged you a couple months (?) back, but now I have another question... I've been thinking about dropping out of high school because of how unhappy I am, but I honestly want to get into animating or storyboarding maybe? I just want to do something in that line of work, and I was like "maybe I SHOULDNT drop out". So my question here is; would I still be able to get a job in animating if I drop out? (honestly I've barely though abt it but it still is a choice to me, and a difficult one)
Finish school! Eduction is so important. If high school makes you unhappy, a career in animation will destroy you. You've got time to think about what you really want to do, there's no rush. If a career in animation is the goal then study film, take figure drawing classes, observe life, draw. Your work and work ethic is what matters in this industry. Unless you're trying to teach or applying for a job that requires button ups and a tie, no one cares about your school background. This is coming from someone who all but failed academically. But I couldn't imagine how behind I would be as a person if I didn't finish high school. Not just for smarts, but the life experience. It helped prepare me for the next step.Good luck 👍

Show idea: Dim is a peasant whose heart (and some of his colon) is stolen by a witch. At the behest of his peasant dads, he leaves behind his peasant life and embarks on a journey facing new friends, foes, and plagues in the hope of finding his bodily organs and the meaning of love.
