Alright, if you wanna block me for telling you the truth, that's your choice, but I'm going to have my say because you need to hear this for your own good. I have no qualms calling myself out and I don't care if I get shamed for it. You've said yourself that you're new to Tumblr, and you NEED to know things like this.
People are unfollowing and blocking you because you're shoving negativity and depression in their faces. Post your feelings if you must, but tag them or keep them hidden with readmores. Nobody likes to see self-loathing brazenly smeared on their dash. They struggle enough with their own problems without having yours shoved down their throats.
For another thing, yes, you do actually whine a lot. A lot of your OOC posts complain about being alone and having no attention, yet it is VERY obvious that people are roleplaying and interacting with you and you are clearly not all alone.
Lastly, don't say you're going to delete your blog and then not delete it. This really pisses people off and is another cause of the people unfollowing you. When you say things like that, you're fishing for pity so obviously that it hurts, and again, people have no respect for that.
If you say you're going to delete or leave tumblr, do it. Don't go back on your word because people know you're just doing it for attention and nobody likes an attention-seeker. If you have no intention of leaving or deleting, don't bring it up. At all. You want more followers and more friends? Post happy things, send memes to others, treat others kindly, share positivity instead of negativity.
Block this if you want, ignore it, delete it, I care not. But this is advice that few others will take the time to give you and if you want to prosper on Tumblr you. need. to. know. Please at least consider what I've told you here because it will benefit you greatly.
