Fasting Increase
Due to yesterday's (and the past few days) issue - see previous posts for more information - , I've decided to increase my daily fasting to 21 hours. This leaves me a 3 hour eating window and will hopefully increase my appetite.

Fasting Increase
Due to yesterday's (and the past few days) issue - see previous posts for more information - , I've decided to increase my daily fasting to 21 hours. This leaves me a 3 hour eating window and will hopefully increase my appetite.
Losing weight is hard in the beginning, you are doubtful. but after a few weeks, you see those numbers drop and drop and it is just so addicting.
Update
So I just tried to eat a baked potato (typically I eat one small meal just to stop my parents asking questions) and I struggled so much, I feel so sick now 😷😷
Fasting
I've been fasting 20 hours each day (with a 4 hour period for eating) and I've lost the desire for food? Like I'm no longer craving it? Has that happened to anyone else?
June!
June marks the month of strict restricting! Each day of the month will consist of 2+ bottles of water, 1 small meal and 1 small snack (just as an option, although the less, the better). I'm 112lbs currently and I'd like to be 100lbs.
Weigh In
I’m almost at 112lbs. Not bad, still got a lot to go though 💀
Water Fast
I'm 14 hours into my 24 hour water fast, need to stay motivated! 10 hours left!
Binge
I binged so much yesterday, so I'm going to fast all of today and hopefully tomorrow - depending on whether work will be busy or not 😷 I want the skinny me back.
As a general rule, I never finish a meal

Okay so I haven’t been sticking to a diet like I planned to, I’ve just been restricting with fasting. And now I’m 118lbs which is still not great but I’m getting there I guess

**momo dieting means only eating one type of food, for example apples, for the entire day. Some people choose fatty foods, some choose healthy. It doesn’t really matter as long as you drink lots of water**
