Here's another Pokémon OC I made recently, based off of Meowscarada

Macchiato (or just Macchi for short) the Meowscarada! He owns a coffee shop and is Mellow the Cinderace's beloved roommate~

This is his most recent design because I wasn't very happy with his first one, so he still needs a proper redraw of his reference sheet ^^;
