* I am leaving my feelings out of this blog post as much as i can. It's just to spread possibilities that others may need to log their systems all in one place. If you have others or more insight feel free to give it. Can't promise I'll reply quickly. *
I said I would get it done by the end of this next week, but turns out I had the time to do it now :)

1- What will happen to SP in June?
As long as the servers are funded by SP+ supporters and Patreon supporters, the servers will remain up. The app will then maintain a bit of an offline state for a little while, then likely will be unusable after some amount of time.
💡The app will remain downloadable and usable for now, we will give at least one to two months notice prior to shutting down the servers.

2- What can we do to use SP to the fullest before it closes?
There is currently a petition to make SP open source on change.org. Amaryllis has apparently seen the overwhelming support for this.
The best thing you can do is export your data as it is or sometimes before June 1st. This allows you to download it, have a file, back it up in a cloud document, import it to other apps, etc. There are apparently resources that can help translate json files into CSS and other things like that. I'm not knowledgable on this.

4-Alternative logging sites
Notion (this template, or your own way)
System Database Template - Duplicate it and edit to your needs.
Website | Download for IOS (via testflight) | (unsure for android)
Hivemind - No malware that I can find at the moment. Will be updated soon so you can wait till then. PC and Android
Obviously outdated bc SP is in there, but I made a list of resources to log things visually here that are also games for the most part
Twinote (app on appstore/google play)
Good ol' PK and Tupperbox. (discord bots)
Gacha Life 2 (on appstore/google play)
/plu/ral - HAVE NOT DONE RESEARCH ON THIS BOT. But it's a discord bot, so it's likely similar to PK.
Ampersand obv (PC and Android only)
Google Sheets (perhaps using a way mentioned with JSONS and CSS / converting it to another format. I've heard of this, Don't know much about it personally.)
MAJORITY OF THESE THINGS ARE STORED LOCALLY. There are imports from PK/SP from the JSON files/tokens, but they are mostly LOCAL TO THAT DEVICE. meaning you cannot transfer over to another.
System Connect is a site that has been thrown around. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It is allegedly easy to hack into, there is inability to change passwords and delete your account. Your security may be compromised if you use this app/site.
Pocket Advocate is advertised similarly. It's hard to navigate and involves putting some pretty sensitive info on your main page. I do not recommend it. Nothing has come out about it yet, but it's reason for at least a little bit of suspicion.
Systemality ( @systemality-app )
The Concordia Project ( @theconcordiaproject )
Asterism App ( @asterism-app )
Hivemind will be getting updates as well.
I am also working on a trio of discord servers riddled with ways to customize your PK more heavily. providing tips on commands, tricks for privacy, and templates for groups, priv servers, bios, as well as ways to use emojis from any server w/ pk in it without nitro, etc.
(this is not self promo. It's something I'm going to do on my own time and I don't have a set timeframe at all. I'm not even sure if people are interested, I just offer because I feel as though some people might appreciate it.)
hold your head up high, SP and Octo was likely a sign that there are more options that need to be developed and will be started on soon.
