I needed these for an upcoming scene so here you are. Approximately 12-15k polys each, all LODs.

Several of the sims have roller bags: these are not part of the deco sims and must be downloaded separately. These sims have odd footprints; place the indicated suitcase first and then place the deco sim with their hand on the handle.

I immediately wanted to change that strawberry box as it was driving me mad! All the other boxes looked great but that strawberry.. Anyways

this only replaces the STRAWBERRY BOX. I took away the strawberry picture on the back and the stripes found inside the box.

Real-life inspiration

While researching yet another midcentury modern build, I found this MCM house from 1963 by architect Clifton Jones Jr., and I immediately knew I had to build it. Here are some impressions of the original building.

So what do you get?

Del Mar Avenue 432 is a 30x20 residential lot that is best suited to San Sequoia, but could also work in Oasis Springs, or Del Sol Valley (with an added garden area). I’ve placed the lot on the “23 Eucalyptus Lane" lot in the Hopewell Hills neighbourhood, but the Sequoia Cottage or 36 Bayani Place lots in the same neighbourhood would work as well.

The lot consists of 1 floor, though a basement could be added via the garages. Each duplex has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a garage. If you'd like to have another bedroom, simply convert the garage into one.

Note: I needed to remove the debug floors in front of the doors on the right side of the house, because sims can't walk on them. Instead, I added regular flooring (not yet pictured in the screenshots).

HAUS : Artwork - a sims 4 custom content collection.

introducing the third part of my HAUS collection. as you can tell, this part focuses on artwork found all around the home. i tried to include three different styles that can also be used together. i wanted to focus just on the artwork for this set, as i find myself struggling to create artwork specific to each room.

i've created a vertical, horizontal & duo version of every style. each piece of art has been created by me on procreate ( with inspiration from pinterest of course ) and all simlish has been hand drawn also, as i like to try to replicate fonts i can't find elsewhere.

Great for when throwing large events where sims will be eating at once
