[ rimehaze well, alot of PW characters' fates were left hanging in the air and were never given any closure and that's what I mainly meant by finding out that most of them are alive. Although how they eventually are is still debatable until TPP comes out. I'm honestly just glad that they didn't get the cliché "they died so I must avenge them" treatment as a motivation for BB in the next game. Not saying that most of MSF isn't vengeance worthy or anything, but I just glad most of his inner circle is alright. ]
[just finished playing the main mission and reading thru /v/ on 4chan’s reactions to it. It’s short, yes, but I’m a completion nut so I think I’ll be stuck playing it for a while.
Not gonna spoil anything besides this:
I’m sighing in relief that alot of characters we love are still alive. But I now wonder if we’ll ever see some of them ever again since… Yeah, shutting up.
Ah well, sorry to keep you guys waiting for replies, uni’s been a bitch, hopefully I’ll be back on by the end of the month. ]
He pouted. ”I only get into trouble because they are so good and I have so many. You can limit me. Keep us both from being too drunk, yes?”
A waiter approached their table then, with a smile and instructions on service. They each had a small round disc, one side green, and one side red. Flip to the red when you need a break, and keep the green side up if you want them to continue to bring you food.
The waiter asked what they would like to drink, and Sam gave Mistral a hopeful smile. ”I would like a caipirinha for each of us, but my lady friend, she is skeptical.”
"Oui, I will do my best not to get us both into trouble" She smiles at him with the same wary look on her face as she listens to him order drinks for both of them, making a mental note to keep a close eye on him.
Behind a snow fort, Sundowner’s laughter bellowed out across the lawn. Sam rolled his eyes and darted forward, not stopping until he’d reached Mistral’s side. He smiled, almost apologetically, and brushed the snow from her rump.
"Hmmm... Is that not the drink that usually gets you into trouble at bars? And a bad hangover?" She gives him a wary look, before paying her full attention to the menu. A little wary of the possibility of Samuel getting too drunk to the point that she had to baby him once again.
"Then again, I will let you decide for us as I am not that familiar with the things on the menu. I am certain you will choose appropriately."
Behind a snow fort, Sundowner’s laughter bellowed out across the lawn. Sam rolled his eyes and darted forward, not stopping until he’d reached Mistral’s side. He smiled, almost apologetically, and brushed the snow from her rump.
"Next time," he said with a wink, "do not stop. Come. Let’s go before he reloads, mm?"
Mistral takes Sam out to a fancy restaurant, only to have them get kicked out for someone’s unruly behavior. Plus points if the wait staff is immune to Sam’s charm.
Enjoy!]

"Why don’t you ever take your beau out to dinner, cherie?"
Dumbstruck.
One week ago,
The Raven and Rose, Denver, Colorado.
I sat there in my seat, fork daintily held in one hand one moment before it clattered loudly on to my plate as the aging company attorney dropped those words on me. Monsieur Darby was, if anything, a very perceptive man. I have always considered him something of a friend, a kind of man that you could go open up to about things in your life that you like to keep private from others. Nothing too personal, but things you cannot exactly expect men of roughness to understand. We often spent our Friday evenings together at various fine dining establishments, dressed to the teeth in the best formal wear and simply enjoying each other’s company. But I had not fully expected how perceptive he could be.
The Raven and Rose was a restaurant we were both quite fond of, hailed as one of the best haunts in the city it takes months to actually book a reservation with them and us? Well, let us just say Monsieur Darby has booked us enough weekends for the next two years, the perks of having connections in Denver. The food? Impeccable. The decor? Understated but beautiful. I could not even begin to talk on every detail that I adore about this restaurant. But as I sat there under the kind but scrutinizing gaze of our company lawyer I could not help but feel like The Raven and the Rose was extremely suffocating instead of being one of my havens.
"He is not exactly the type to enjoy the formality of such dining establishments. And he’s not my beau per-se, we are in a relationship that is mostly of for mutual gain” I began, picking up my fork once more to pick at the salad before me. ”How do you spend dates with each other?” Monsieur Darby asks, sipping his glass of wine before giving me a curious glance. I paused from abusing the greens with my fork to lift my gaze up to the ceiling, avoiding eye contact completely. “Oh, simple things. We go to le cafe he is fond of. Stay in the apartment to watch movies. If we are deployed elsewhere, we share meals in our rooms.” He chuckles, amused from the words I said “Oh Chanda,” he reaches his hand out to touch mine, gently squeezing the artificial limb. I usually despised being called that name but he had a way of making me feel fine with it, “You need to have a proper night out, go have dinner and maybe take in a show too. Show him that a little culture wouldn’t hurt him.” he lets my hand go as the next course in our meal arrived, attention now fully diverted to our food.
The for the rest of the evening my mind mused over the idea of that date. Would he actually say yes to such an invitation? I let my mind wander over the thought of him in formal wear, a custom tailored suit, everything article of clothing on that ensemble was in black, save for the red tie he insists on instead of the gray I chose for him, he tells me it compliments my hair. I can’t help but smile at how sweet his words were and give him a kiss. He reaches out to wrap his arms around me, hands pulling me closer in such a manner, hands wandering up to the zipper of my dress. Maybe, just maybe he’d…
I groaned a little loudly, burying my face into my hands, this fantasy was starting to get a little out of hand. Monsieur Darby gives me a curious look, eyebrows raised slightly, “Are you alright, Mistral?” “Oui, just a little too excited over something.” I sipped a bit of wine from my glass and looked around the place, “Would it be ok if I use our reservation here for next week? I think I shall attempt to bring my.. friend out on that date as you suggested, if you do not mind that is.” The aging lawyer smiled wryly before nodding and lifting his glass in a toast, “To your endeavors then Chanda, may you be lucky in bringing your beau to our side.” I let our glasses clink and took another sip of the wine. The rest of the evening was a blur to me quite frankly, I was much too preoccupied with that one silly fantasy.
I wanted it so bad.

Desperado Elite Shared Quarters, World Marshal HQ, Denver, Colorado.
I am a mess.
It had been a week since I began my preparations for this night but it was still quite unsettling. I had every single thing checked off my list but the butterflies in my stomach made me wring my hands in worry, I’m sure he would just tell me that he would rather we stay in for the night, maybe cuddle on the couch and watch some soccer. I looked at the shopping bags on the bed, there lies the suit I had picked out for him, custom tailored to his specifications and a pair of new dress shoes. I got up and grabbed the bags, sighing softly as I hooked my finger on the hanger that held the garment.
Walking down the hallway to his room I continued steeling myself, a moment of hesitation coupled by a flurry of other emotions crashing down in an instant.
"I cannot do this." "Do what?" A genuinely curious voice came from in front of me. Minuano was standing in the doorway, topless and wearing only a pair of shorts. He was looking at me with clueless yet adorable eyes. I yelped in shock, a natural reflex. "You surprised me, mon loup." He snickered and rubbed his nose. "l get that a lot." He scanned the bags I was holding. "What do you have there, gatinha? Presents? But my birthday isn’t anytime soon. Or perhaps, you’d want a repeat of my birthday." An evident smirk was seen across his face while mine reddened up as I recalled the events of that day. "Non! I was just wondering if you’d like to… go out on a date?" He raised an eyebrow at me as if my actions were peculiar. "A date eh? Very well. give me a second."
He came back after a minute wearing his favored sports shirt, cargo shorts and sneakers. “Ready.” Deep inside, I was ripping my hair off my scalp. “Non! That will not do!” He scratched his head in a confused manner. “But you said it was just a date.” Non! He will not ruin this for me! “This will not do. Come.” As if possessed by a spirit, I dragged him into his room. “Whoah there, gatinha. No need to be forceful.” Ignoring his remark, I hurriedly pulled his top off him. I pulled his shorts down with haste as well. “Ohoho. I take it back. I like it when you are forceful.” Again, ignoring him, I dressed him up with the clothes i brought as if he were a child. I wanted this badly. I will not allow his antics to deprive me of this date. Even just for tonight.
After persuading him to change his underwear and put on a pair of socks. I removed the suit from the hanger and lay it on his bed, smoothing out the creases with such reverence, running my fingers over its surface, feeling the fabric and eyeing the garment’s perfection. I deftly unbuttoned the long-sleeved polo, ignoring his talk and attempts to feel me up. Focusing on putting it on him while he fidgets and whines that we could have easily just gotten takeout instead. After a pinch of his nose (Which causes him to pout like a child) I move on to his pants, which he obediently put on after I gave him an annoyed look. “Madame Leoa, relax. I am not going to argue with you on this anymore. See? I am putting on the pants and zipping it up like a proper gentleman would.” I gave him a nod, moving on to unboxing two ties that I chose for him, the grey and the red one.
He looks at both before beckoning for the red one, much to my surprise. “Gatinha loves the color red, no?” He haphazardly puts it on and ties it before he puts the coat on. “Non, this needs fixing.” I gently push his hands away from the tie he kept on trying to adjust, retying it to fit him better. “There. All better.” I took a step back to look at him fully as he fixed his hair. Monsieur Darby was correct at suggesting that tailor to moi, even without Samuel’s presence he was able to create a suit that fit him nicely. I looked over every inch of him, clad in black from head to toe save for the red tie, it made him look dangerously sexy. I couldn’t help but swoon at the sight of him. “Mon Dieu, You look good enough to eat.”
"Would you like to have a taste then?" He began unbuckling his belt. I slapped his hand reprimandingly. He merely chuckled and shrugged. I sighed and went out of his room. "Wait for me in the living room. I need to fix myself up." He responded, "You look beautiful already but, whatever." I smiled happily, though he did not see it. I went into my room and began undressing.
"A corset perhaps would be more to his liking, or perhaps he’d like something much bolder?" I found myself thinking out loud. They say that a date is a battlefield for a woman. One must always bring the best arsenal if she expects to emerge a victor. "This one, then." A black laced bra and a matching thong was perfect. I adjusted the undergarment by tugging it a bit. "Indeed it is perfect. Now to find a dress fitting for a queen." I walked to the closet and opened it. My collection of haute couture dresses were in display. Each one was equally as lovely as the other. "Now to find one for the occasion." The largest struggle is not finding a pretty dress but finding the right one. I recalled how Samuel would usually whine on how long it takes me to get ready. Typical of men to do so, I would expect the same remark from him.
A dress caught my eyes. “Interesting, but could I pull this off?” I reached for the dress and examined it. “Yes, Minuano would love this.” A blush came to my cheeks. A dress to keep his eyes fixed on me. “This is the one.” I placed it on my bed and unclasped the bra that I wore. “He would like it better this way.” I threw the bra on the bed and wore the dress, a red cocktail dress with a neckline that leaves nothing to the imagination. I looked at myself at the vanity and smiled happily.
I sat on my vanity to work on my maquillage and hair, I worked in a deep-red lipstick on to my lips coupled with a bold rouge on my cheeks and sultry purple smokey eyed makeup on my eyelids, after applying copious amounts of mascara, I picked out a golden choker with a large ruby pendant in the middle and a golden ring to match. I set my hair up into a neat updo, leaving a few strands loose to curl and frame my face. I pulled up the hem of my dress on the left side to strap on my combat knife holster as well as my trusty little friend in case trouble was afoot.
I checked the contents of the clutch, made sure that I had my essentials such as my wallet, my credit card, mints and an automated painkiller syringe, just in case. I slipped on my stiletto heels and looked myself over in the mirror. I’m certain he couldn’t resist me now.
I walked out of my room to meet him in the living room. He was sitting on the sofa watching a rerun of Barcelona versus Brazil. I sighed and smiled. Typical of him. “Minuano, I am ready.” He got up and turned to look at me. “Took you long eno…” He froze mid-sentence and stared at me, quite dumbstruck. I tilted my head. “Well? Do you like how I look?” I spun around showing the dress off to him. Apparently he just stared back. “Minuano?” “…” “Well? Say something!” He stuttered and scratched his head. “Those are huge… er… beautiful… and lovely… two… err… somethings.” I couldn’t help but blush, but i tried keeping a calm face. ”Really, Minuano? Is that all you see?” “You look lovely, gatinha. A feisty lioness.” He let out a purr that made my heart race. “Very funny, Minuano. Come. our reservation is waiting for us.” “lead the way then.”
"Minuano, do you expect us to walk there in this?" He paused for a while and thought. "No, not really. I was thinking of taking my bike out for a spin. I do not feel like driving the car today." I couldn’t help but place my fingers against my forehead in frustration. "Must I do everything just for this silly fantasy?" He tilted his head questioningly. "Pay no mind, Minuano. Monsieur Xander will drive us to the restaurant." I immediately contacted the company driver via codec to serve as our chauffeur. "He is waiting at the lobby." I entered the elevator with Samuel and proceeded to head down to the lobby.
As we got to the elevator, he gives me a curious glance, mostly paying attention to my chest once again as if hoping that I would have a wardrobe malfunction of some sort. I mostly ignored him until we got to the ground floor and headed to the lobby where the company driver waited for us. Monsieur Xander was a tall, muscular-looking blonde man who kept his person extremely neat. Despite being the designated driver the man also had a bit of a shady history, as far as I knew.
"Madame, you look delicious this evenin’." he gave me a toothy grin, showing off his artificially sharpened teeth which made Samuel tilt his head out of curiosity. "And it’s nice to finally meet madame’s friend" the Brazilian swordsman couldn’t help but chuckle and extend his hand "I am guessing gatinha has talked about me to you several times then. I, on the other hand, have barely heard anything about you mister Xander" "It’s because I don’t tell her much" the driver met his hand with his, grasping it in a playfully strong manner which Samuel, who was not one to be outshone by anyone; met with equal fervor. I shook my head and sighed "At this rate both of you will be at this awkward gripping contest all night." I blew at one of the curled strands of my hair and gave them an expression of ennui and annoyance before they both let go of each other, laughing it off as if they had been long-time friends.
He opened the company car for us. We got inside the black 2013 Honda Civic, a car prized by Xander. “So, I’ve been wondering…” Xander started the car and looked back at Samuel through the rear view mirror. “‘sup?” “Why do you like this car? Dawson and Bradley usually drives the Porsche.” Xander laughed and drove off. “This car and me have a bit of history. Apart from it being a smooth ride, this baby has never failed me. A car you can trust.” I smiled, a bit amused that the two of them are engaging in small talk.
He turned on the radio, tuning in to a sports radio station. Minuano perked up at the mention of his favorite sport. It was a live commentary of a match between Madrid and Barcelona. “I see you have the taste of a true man.” He smirked at the Brazilian’s remark. “Real men play with round balls.” “I expected nothing less from a real man.” I decided to humor them and asked an honest question. “Frankly, why are the two teams fighting against each other? Do they not both belong to Spain?” Samuel shook his head disapprovingly. “You are missing the point, Gatinha.” Xander continues, “Madrid is the better team.” “I beg to differ. Barcelona is clearly superior.” I sighed and tilted my head. “But they are of the same country. Should they not get along?” The two men replied in unison. “Says the biggest warmonger.” I couldn’t help but laugh.
The vehicle pulled to a halt in front of the restaurant. Monsieur Xander opened the door for us. Minuano headed out and offered his hand to me. I placed mine on his and lifted myself out of the vehicle. “Thank you, Cherie.” I lightly pecked on his cheek as gesture of gratitude. I could see him grinning contently. We approached the entrance where a young lady, mid twenties, was standing. She looked at me and Minuano, smiling politely. “A pleasant evening. Do you have a reservation?” Minuano, unable to resist perky blonde haired woman, leaned forward against the podium. He examined her and nodded. “Ah, yes. a table for two. Maybe add another chair, just in case you wish to join us? I promise you a good time.” I felt a tinge of jealousy; what sane woman would not feel such envy. “Non, we have a reservation. Under the name Monsieur Darby.” The girl nodded and opened the door for us. “Right this way, Miss M, Mister Darby.” I pulled Samuel by his ear and dragged him inside before he could even correct the staff regarding his name.
"Yes… The target is inside… Well… Darby looks… hot? Yes. We’ll await further orders."
I managed to intercept an unencrypted codec transmission nearby. It didn’t seem to come from any registered PMC so i discarded it as a non-threat. Besides, monsieur Darby is quite the charming looking man; even for someone his age, he is quite a ‘hot’ man indeed. We were led to a table reserved specifically for us: our usual table on the left hand side of the restaurant. Samuel, trying to be as gentleman-like as he can be, pulled the chair and offered the seat to me. I sat down and waited for him to sit down. A waiter handed us the set menu. “This is our full course for tonight. Are there any changes that you wish to make?” Samuel squinted at the menu, reading the fine print just to decipher what the dish was. “Non. I am good.” The waiter nodded and looked towards Minuano. “And you, sir?” Samuel looked at him and shrugged. “I… think I want a Budweiser.” “Light or pale?” He smirked and crossed his arms. “Pale. This place is not too bad.” “Only the best for the best.” Sam chuckled and nodded. I couldn’t help but smile.
The food was served . The waiter poured the red wine on my glass. I winked at him and thanked him. Minuano opened his can of beer and poured it on the wine glass. “Minuano, what are you doing?” He looked at me and sips his glass. “A drink in a fancy restaurant should be taken in a fancy cup, don’t you agree?” I chuckled and sipped my glass. “To some what you did is an insult, cherie.” “That may be true. How can you memorize all this fancy-shmancy things?” “Etiquette? It is like the air we breathe; an essential.” “Essential? Surely you are joking.” I lifted an eyebrow curiously. “In what sense am I jesting, mon ami?” He took the salad fork and showed it to me. “What do you see?” “A salad fork.” He took another one and showed it to me. “And this?” I giggled. “It’s a steak fork, obviously.” He mimicked me mockingly. “Obviousleh. I am a French girl who likes ze fancy frou-frou. To me these are just forks. Salad forks, steak forks, pitch forks, no difference.” I placed my glass down and smiled. “I would love seeing you try eating a salad with a pitch fork.” He smirked and looks at her. “Is that a dare?” The seafood risotto was served. Samuel took a spoon and began eating. I sighed and looked at him. “Minuano, that’s the spoon for the soup.” He mumbled while having the whole spoon in his mouth. “A sphoon ish a sphoon.” I giggled a bit. “You are adorable, Minuano.”
"The main dish will be served… make it quick and easy… eliminate the mistress if necessary… they are unarmed, i repeat. They are unarmed."
Another transmission.
I teasingly rubbed my foot against Samuel’s leg. I transmitted a codec message using Desperado’s frequency to him. ‘It seems blondie will be joining us for some fun.’ He looked at me with a stupid grin. “I knew. She is a Cyborg. Although the way she’s covered up isn’t so obvious” I smirked, impressed at his keen intuition. “What gave it away?” He lifted two fingers. “Boobs.” A waiter brought a casserole to our table. “The chef’s specialty. Dead lawyer.” Samuel clapped his hands. “Oooh. My favorite.”
The waiter lifted the cover revealing a dagger inside and grabbed it. Samuel caught his right arm with his hand and smirked. “Tsk tsk tsk. It’s rude to touch my food.” He crushed the cybernetic wrist of the waiter and grabbed the salad fork. With acute precision, he lodged the fork into the cyborg’s eye and laughed. “Bulls-eye!” The other patrons began to scream at the sight and rush out. Some staff came in with HF blades. I stood up and sighed. “Must you ruin a perfectly good date?” Samuel grinned and took a stance. “Bring it on.” Several of them charged towards him. He swiftly tossed them aside and deflected their attacks using his bare hands. “Is that the best you can do? ” He tossed his opponent onto the table and grabbed his left arm.
"I’ll make you regret this." He ripped the cyborg’s arm apart and laughed like a possessed mad man. I must admit, I found myself getting aroused by his unrestrained violence. I felt a presence come from behind me. It was not as built as compared to the enemies Minuano was facing but it was without a doubt hostile. "I’m taking your bitch down, Darby!" I couldn’t help but grin. "Ah. Blondie. Nice of you to join us." I spun around and quickly drew my knife from the holster strapped on my leg. "Shall we dance?" She charged at me, thrusting the dagger swiftly. Nothing I couldn’t dodge. I evaded her attacks, almost as if I was in a choreographed dance. "A feisty one you are. No wonder Minuano had his eyes on you. Do not fret. The song is about to end." I waited for her to strike, a small gap presented itself as she struck.
I slid closer to her and gripped her on her face. Without any effort, I lodged her head onto the wall, causing her grip on the weapon to loosen. I tossed her to the floor and mounted her. I cupped her breast with my free hand and frowned. “Minuano was right. I’m definitely in a different league as you are. Pity.” With a swift slash, I lacerated her throat and got off her, barely avoiding getting my dress stained. I looked over to Samuel who was pretty much finished dealing with his attackers. So much for that perfect date. Samuel scratched his head and sighed. “Hey uh… I am quite sorry. I messed this night up.” I smiled and kissed his cheek, taking off his tattered coat. “Non. It is not your fault.” “Why don’t i make it up for you? I know this place a few blocks away. They make the best sandwiches in these parts of the town.” I smiled and nodded. “Lead the way, mon ami.” I held on to his arm as he escorted me to his favorite bar.
——
Blue Lagoon Bar, Denver, Colorado.
Samuel entered and looked around for an empty spot. The place didn’t have as much people as I had expected it to have but the intimate ambiance of the place made it quite romantic. Samuel sat on one of the bar-stools and beckoned me to come using the decapitated cyborg arm he had acquired earlier from our little ambush a while ago. It would seem that people here are accustomed to such outlandish things that no one looked a second time at him. I sat down beside him and smiled. He began to order food for the both of us. In my peripheral vision, I could see a couple happily dining, to our right. They looked very familiar. Scarily familiar, in fact. I turned my head to check them out.
Just as intuition had told me, seated there was Desperado’s resident cybernetics expert and the female mortician from the medic unit. I decided to ignore them first, but by the looks of how Monsieur Davis’ heart rate suddenly spiked up when I glanced at him, he is well aware of our presence. Samuel handed the severed arm to me. “Why don’t we take a peek into our assailant’s files? I’m curious as to why this ambush occurred to begin with.”
It was true that my curiosity was also piqued. I reached towards the back of my neck and took out a data cable. I plugged it in to the arm and began scanning the files and logs contained inside it. “Oh my. Mon loup, they had mistaken you for monsieur Darby.” Samuel chuckled. “Must be poor intel then.” I shook my head and smiled. “We had already set up a reservation prior to this day on almost a weekly basis at the R and R. It was through sheer luck, or rather the lack of it that they decided to pull out their operation today.” I showed him the file through a projected screen. “See? None of them knew what Darby looked like so they easily mistook you for him. Their only marker was me.” Samuel checked my profile and laughed. “Bikini queen winner and the face of World Marshal. Civilian cyborg with no combat training. Does secretarial work. Practically harmless.” ”Their worst mistake, if I can say so. The profile they have of me is the one under World Marshal.”
Samuel began chomping on his sandwich. “Get this, they have their employer’s permission to keep me for their own amusement if they were able to capture me alive after killing Darby.” “No wonder everyone was after me. Your two somethings can drive a man insane.” I couldn’t help but blush and adjust my dress a bit. “Do I make you crazy, mon loup?” He smirked and nodded. “I think you already know the answer to that.” I tried the food that he ordered for us “This is pretty good.” He handed me a glass of wine and lifted his own glass. “A toast then. To the best night we ever had.” “Oh but the night is far too young. Non. I insist. To the best night that we will be having.” He grinned and clinked my glass with his. “I like the way you are thinking.”
Samuel walked up to monsieur Davis and smirked. “Doc, this should fetch an hefty price right?” He placed the severed arm on their table and chuckled, leaving the poor doctor baffled and embarrassed in front of his date. “I see you have a thing for young girls. A good eye on you, if I do say so. This should cover for your room expenses. Have fun!” He laughed and went back to me. We headed back to our loft and without any question, made it one of the best nights ever.

Secretary M’s Office, World Marshal HQ, Denver, Colorado
"Ah, monsieur Darby, how nice of you to call." "Did it go well with you and your beau? I heard that the place was completely turned to rubble after you two were done with it." "It was quite an ordeal. We were quite careful not to incriminate World Martial though." "Yes. No one suspected a thing. We were able to put the blame on Navicorps Enterprises. They did not know that the manpower firm they hired were a competitors of ours. I’m pretty sure they would close down due to the fine Navicorps will be throwing at them." "That is good to hear."
"One more thing though. It seems that there is a tad bit of rumor spreading around." "Oh?" "About me, specifically. The other PMC’s are labeling me as Fork-master Darby. Our dear Dr. Davis sent me a screen capture of my profile on one of those hit-list webpages you mercenaries fancy and I find it quite amusing. It says here that I am a dashing young Brazilian man, raised in London, that wields a fork as a lethal weapon. They even flagged me with an approach with caution label."
I giggled a bit pressing my ears against the phone.
"But you are quite dashing, Monsieur Darby." He chuckled and replied. "Fork-master Darby. Has a nice ring to it don’t you agree? Perhaps I will use that alias one of these days." "I think you should." "Sadly though, they suspect you of being my mistress. Don’t tell the missus about it."
I teasingly purred into the receiver “Of course my love. It is our little secret.” He chuckled once more. “This Saturday night again? I booked us a reservation at this wonderful new restaurant.” “It would be my pleasure, monsieur Darby.”
Mistral couldn’t help but laugh in such a loud manner that it practically bounced off the walls of the near empty lobby of World Marshal, causing a few employees to look at the female cyborg with a passing glance. Choosing to go about their business than make any remarks as…
"Very well then, the blondes are no threat to moi, hence this proposition may be considered." She rolled her eyes and proceeded to exit the building. He was certainly being playful in regards to the topic, which amused her to no end.
As she turned to survey what was happening in the courtyard Mistral defty dodges a snowball that was clearly meant for her. “Idiots.” she mutters under her breath “That was not funny!”
From behind his snow fort, Sundowner laughed. ”Yer right. Woulda been better if it’d hit ya!”
"Aie." Sam sighed, pulling his scarf a little higher. "I suggest we make a run for it, gatinha. He is heavily fortified with ammunition. What do you say?"
She gave Samuel a nod, looking down on her feet to look at the floor. There was a slight unease towards the thin layer of snow and melted slush but it was either the risk of slipping or snowballs to the face. “I will see you on the other side then mon loup.”
After widening her stance Mistral took a step, avoiding another snowball aimed at her. Quickening her strides and rushing beyond World Marshal’s walls only stopping, almost tripping, at the outer gates.
"I am enjoying this!" She yells towards Samuel loudly, only to be hit by a snowball on her backside.

"Oh mon loup, you know that if we are to have a third person involved it would never be mon capitan. That would be like getting my papa... Ugh... Non." She looks at him and giggles, amused that such a conversation was even on the table for the likes of them. "I just wonder if mon loup's words about paying more attention to the blonde is true. Am I not as fun as blonde men or women?"
As they reached the door she took the time to stop and turn. "Because if I am not as fun I will have to change that."
She looks at him curiously, wondering if he really did think of such things. “Oh mon loup, you are so amusing. But non, those sorts of things will make me jealous. And if it were another man, it would be you who would be jealous.” with an over-dramatic sigh she gives him a...
She tilted her head slightly as he passed her by. "I do not deny that I will most likely be jealous. But I am not exactly known to let anyone outshine me." walking beside him, they exit the private quarters and head for the elevator.
As they got into the elevator once again Mistral puts her hands into her pockets, "I will most likely tear someone's spine out. Either the blonde's or yours." a smirk formed on her lips as her eyes watched for a reaction. "I am a very jealous creature. I will most likely be punished for it but we all know how much I like being disciplined."
A soft sound chimed inside the elevator, finally indicating that they have reached the lobby. "Well, shall we prepare our run through the snow war or would you like to get Sundowner's opinions on this menagé à trois proposition? I am sure he would be quite fascinated on how you plan on treating me."
"Mon loup, I do not think I approve of you trying to arrange a situation between three adults in that manner. Besides, I think if you truly wished to indulge in such a venture."

She looks at him curiously, wondering if he really did think of such things. “Oh mon loup, you are so amusing. But non, those sorts of things will make me jealous. And if it were another man, it would be you who would be jealous.” with an over-dramatic sigh she gives him a light kiss on the tip of his nose before pulling away from his grasp. “Even if they were blondes.”
Mistral affixes her own scarf on her neck, smiling all the while as she worked on a fancy knot. “Where we will dine though? I do not know. You are the one who invited me out after all. So why don’t you pick where we go? “
"Mon loup, I do not think I approve of you trying to arrange a situation between three adults in that manner. Besides, I think if you truly wished to indulge in such a venture."
Mistral approaches him and helps him put on the teal scarf, eyes trained on the accessory as she wove it around his neck. "you would be interested in doing it with a female assistant. Or at least an effeminate looking man. Maybe a blonde one just to keep you interested."
"You are right and, no; no scarves. I do not know that I need one to match my eyes. Your eyes? Ah, now that would be a scarf I would enjoy."
They walked from Mistral’s office to the elevator and Sam chuckled, thinking over her earlier statement. ”There is an assistant for the assistant? Is she also a beautiful woman? I may need to spend more time down here.”
She leaned on to one of the walls of the elevator, shaking her head and chuckling. "I have a teal colored scarf if you want that one instead. I'm not incredibly fond of the way it looks on me. But I think you can pull it off better than I would." Mistral yawns as the elevator stops at their floor, keying in their passcode and going into their area.
"As for the assistant, HE is quite proficient with cleaning up after my messes and other things. He is a good kid, a little too gossipy though. I am quite sure he has been the one who has been keeping an eye on the two of us." She enters her room and heads to her closet, looking for her thick and puffy winter coat, tossing away the company provided one and donning the dark blue one she bought a week ago as well as grabbing the teal and blue scarves.
"Oh mon loup, I found the scarves!"
"Mmm…" To be honest, building a snow Ray sounded fun. Except for the cold. And the wet. And knowing Sundowner would pelt him with something or shove the cold and wet snow down the back of his shirt.
It didn’t sound as fun now that he really thought about it.
Finishing his coffee, Sam stood. ”Yes. Let’s go. Is your coat in your room, gatinha? Or did you bring it to the office?”
"It is back in my room. I am guessing the same could be said for you. Since you had no intention of leaving headquarters either. Shall we then? Maybe I can change out of the office attire while I am at it."
Mistral gestured to the door, “I’ll let my assistant clean up our mess in here. Do you have any scarves? I think I have the perfect one that will match your eyes.”
