7 Signs Your Vibration Is Increasing

1. Clarity - less confusion, more decisions. You are developing a deeper understanding of yourself and what you came here to do - you’re making decisions based on this new understanding and feeling less confused about your direction in life.

2. Sense of purpose - each interaction you have feels significant. You may have been questioning everything during your initial stages of awakening, but now that your vibration is increasing you feel the importance behind each interaction. You are recognising that they were meant to happen and understanding why they are significant for your journey.

3. Perspective - you don’t sweat the small stuff. Vibrating at a higher frequency means that you’re able to put your problems into perspective by being present in the now. You are able to recognise when you are reacting from temporary emotion and instead are able respond from permanent consciousness.

4. Oneness - you feel connected to everything and everyone. You recognise that everyone you meet is a reflection of you and that there is no other - only oneness. This reduces all conflicts you had in your life because you seek to learn from each interaction rather than reacting to the illusion of separation that has caused the conflict.

5. Love - love attracts love. You fill yourself with love by surrounding yourself with the people, places and things you love and invite more of it into your life through this practice. You know that ultimately love is the cure for anything that seems to be distracting you from the now.

6. Peace - both within and without. You notice that you are more at peace with yourself than ever before, you seek to maintain and cultivate this peace by distancing yourself from anything that resembles drama. During this process you attract others who are seeking the same and will begin to inspire them.

7. Acknowledging the ego - living from spirit rather than mind. You are able to notice when your desires are coming from the mind, rather than the spirit - the ego rather than the soul. You understand that worldly desires of flesh and material are insignificant in comparison to the one true desire of the soul - love.

I am the night sky and a dimly lit room all in the same sentence and I don’t really know where to put the period. some days I am better and I’m here with this abundance of love in my heart and the other days I am all alone and no way to cope with the sadness. give me the grass stained jeans and give me the love I used to feel but not while in the arms of others. 5 Powerful Ways to Raise Your Vibration

1. Accept where you are and what you are feeling. Wherever you are and whatever you are feeling right now is okay.

2. Move your attention to something that makes you feel better. Even if you feel slightly better, it’s an improvement and it’s working.

3. Simply be aware. Become aware of your senses—feel the water when you wash your hands, enjoy the taste of the food you are eating, etc. Try meditation.

4. Appreciate what you have. Think of all the great things and people you are grateful for. 

5. Acts of Kindness. Do big or tiny acts of kindness for anyone you wish, including yourself. You can write someone a poem, draw something, or just tell someone how much you appreciate them. “Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple effect with no logical end.”  —Scott Adams

You can choose to do all five of these, a few of these, or even just one of these, and it will work.

Easy Ways To Raise Your Energy/Vibration

While the terms “raising energy” or “raising vibration” may sound like there is a big complicated ritual involved in doing so, it can be a very simple process. There are many benefits to raising our energy/vibration, which range from aiding in spellwork to just simply feeling better. All of these things listed below are simple ways to do so! Thank you in advance to all of those that helped me put this list together! 

Enjoy things that you like!

Dancing (alone or with a partner!)

Singing

Listening to music (Any you like is good, but binaural beats specifically helps a lot of people)

Playing an instrument

Meditate

State how grateful you are for this moment you are currently in

Take a Bath

Eat raw, unprocessed food (organic is best!)

Go outside & enjoy nature

Earthing - go outside, kick those shoes off and enjoy the dirt between your toes

Do something creative

Do breathing exercises

Give someone a hug (& get hugged in return!)

Hug a tree!

Do something nice for someone

Get rid of all tech for awhile. Yep. Step away from the cell phone for a few hours.

Learn how to say “NO” to things that drain your energy!

Play with animals

Learn to forgive yourself as well as others!

Stop watching so much TV

Exercise

Baking

Cooking

Drinking tea

Drinking water charged with crystals

Burning incense/diffusing essential oils

Talking to plants

Focusing on the moon

Spending time with your favorite crystals

& Last but not least… having fun!

This isn’t a complete list of ways to raise your energy, because there are TONS of ways to do it easily, because pretty much anything you enjoy doing can raise your energy/vibration up, but this is a good list to start off to give you an idea of things to do! Go out there and have fun! <3
