Stevie almost playing on GYOW 😂
Rumours rehearsals, February 1977.
Backstory: The band wanted Stevie to play the acoustic part on gyow live, so during rehearsals Lindsey spent about an hour with her trying to teach her the chords. She struggled with it, and the job was eventually given to Lindsey’s guitar tech, Ray.

Where can I find some videos of full concerts? I've been having trouble finding some like the Rumours Tokyo and Live in Boston even though those were def filmed. Youtube is failing me and I need some Mac to get me through this quarantine

Came across this beautiful photo of semi-recent, makeup-less Stevie, posted in october 2019 by Marty Garcia but labelled #tbt so I’m not sure from when.

Sorcerer
This song was intended for Stevie and Lindsey’s second album which never happened because they joined Fleetwood Mac instead. The song was axed from Stevie’s The Wild Heart album in 1983, instead she gave it to her backup singer Marilyn Martin, her version was included on the soundtrack of the 1984 movie “Streets Of Fire”. Stevie herself provided the backup vocals on the track. Stevie released her own version in 2001 as a single from her album Trouble In Shangri-La. In 2016 a Deluxe Edition of Stevie’s The Wild Heart album was released with Stevie’s original demo version.

Interviewer: “You just would not communicate at all? Wouldn’t go near each other, wouldn’t say a word?”
Stevie: *shakes head emphatically*
Interviewer: “Certainly wouldn’t hold hands as you walk to the stage?”
Stevie: “No.”
Interviewer: “How do you do that?”
Stevie: “You sit on one end of the plane, he sits on the other end of the plane.”
Interviewer: “For how many years was it like that?”
Stevie: “Forever.”
