Yeah, sure. Japanese fans were saying that Rin was 10 in Inuyasha and 18-20 in Yashahime since last year, but it's a retcon. Of course.

If the story started in 1996, and Yashahime takes place in 2020, reiwa era, then the girls, who are 14 years old, were born in 2006.

If Rin was 8 in 1996, when she met Sesshomaru, then she was 18 when she gave birth.
