SO MANY of these pictures on here that people are using for motivation or saying oh I want to look like that.. They’re either photoshopped or they’re of people ready for shows.  You don’t walk around looking shredded as fuck all the time and if that’s your goal, you’re going to have a shitty time on your journey to better yourself.
