Giants who live in massive yet nice homes in a special district in the city. While their homes are nice they are scared to bring smaller people along due to how big their house is.

Merfolk who live in beautiful underground apartments that have coral reefs and wildlife incorporated within them.

Werewolf families have a “safe room” where when their little one starts to shift they can shift into their form in a safe place with pillows and comforting toys so they can be comfortable to shift.

Fairies who have tiny homes and people who usually make tiny homes for the fae are often blessed with small treats by the fae community.

Sharing a dorm room with a wood elf they make their side of the room a full blooming garden.

Centaurs and Deertaurs have special beds where they can comfortably lay down without having to deal with back pain. Also their homes are very spacious with stable doors instead of regular doors for extra mobility.

Witches who decorate their house based on what kind of witch they are. A crystal witch having beautiful crystals and gems placed around their homes, Cooking witches having a messy kitchen where recipes are spread out everywhere, shadow witches who live near graveyards as they incorporate the macabre into their craft and sea witches who live near mermaids in pretty beach homes collecting shells on the sand.

Dragons who live in old homes where they protect their home and items like fort knox because they not only care about their treasure but the memories they made in those homes. Those memories are their most prized possessions.
