Today is my second day back after half term ! To say i feel very out of routine is an understatement but I’m managing (just about).
Spent all of my half term playing RDR2 and Uncharted so nothing interesting there, just needed a break before my head exploded since term one was A LOT.
Now I’m back, I have a lot of assessment preparation to do for thursday for history :,( it’s on religion and James I so it’ll be easy enough, there’s just so much to remember. I also have a lot of catching up to do on my annotations for Hamlet for English Lit but fortunately annotating doesn’t take me too long so I’ll catch up in no time (that’s the hope anyway). We’ve finally moved on to social class in education in Sociology, so I will just have to be going over sociological theories and their perspectives on education in my own time, which again should be plenty easy enough.
Goals for this week are to: finish my history assessment prep, get my act three annotations for Hamlet AT LEAST halfway done if not fully completed, and start reviewing the feminist perspective on the education system. I would also like to start reading a new book I purchased the other day (The Flood by Michael McDoWell) but unfortunately that may have to be sidelined depending on how my studying goes ://
Whether I complete any of my goals is a mystery, my motivation to study is so unstable atm so all I can do is pray for the best, but at least this blog is forcing me to be somewhat productive :3
