- 2 avocados 

- juice from half a lime 

- unsweetened plant-based milk 

- garlic powder 

- crushed red pepper 

- nutritional yeast 

- salt & pepper 

- basil 

- oregano 

+ add all to a blender 

+ add milk until desired consistency

Cheesy Pumpkin Penne (vegan)

- 2 cups pumpkin puree 

- coconut milk 

- 2 cloves of garlic 

- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 

- salt 

- crushed red pepper 

- penne pasta

+ fine chop cloves of garlic & cook in skillet 

+ add pumpkin puree and coconut milk (until desire consistency)

+ mix in nutritional yeast, salt, and crushed red pepper to taste  

+ add pasta and enjoy! :)
