Stranger Things 4 Spoilers

So when One is monologuing to Eleven about his life story, he says this:

“When Papa finally realized he could not control me, he tried to recreate me. He began a program, and soon others were born. You were born.”

So did that sound like a whole ‘Luke I am your father’ situation to anyone else?

What are the chances that all the subjects after 001 came from his DNA, which is why they all have powers?

I really don’t know who is going to die this season on Stranger Things, because there are no notable B named characters. We’ve had a set pattern the past few seasons of B named characters dying. Barb, Bob, Billy. But now there’s no sacrificial B named character at the ready. I’m WORRIED.

Titans 3 Spoilers

(Possible Trigger Warning, discussions of murder, suicide, mental disorders)

So in episode 2, Dick profiles that whoever is doing the Red Hood stuff likely has a mental illness.

Between that, the ‘act’ put on for Hank to lure him in, and the promo for episode 4, I’m seeing some dots connecting.

I think his near death experience caused PTSD in him, I think Scarecrow took advantage of that and coerced him into mixing the anti fear gas.

I think the drugs are causing a personality split, almost.

Almost like the Lazarus Pit rage in the comics.

He knows what he’s doing, but he can’t stop himself.

Here’s the real kicker.

I think it started *before* he died.

Red Hood appeared within a day or so of Jason’s death.

In episode 1, Bruce asks Barbara about a case she’s working on.

8 people killed in as many weeks.

Jason could *not* have become a trained killer in less than 24 hours.

Nor could he become an expert marksman, an expert with a knife, it’s unrealistic.

So what if Jason’s been running around on the anti fear gas, unaware of what he’s doing, becoming Red Hood before Joker kills him?

Maybe the brain damage from the crowbar just made it worse, because now he’s aware.

Now he’s angry, he’s unhinged.

He’s operating on grudges and he’s got plenty of reason to hate the Titans, who nearly drove him to suicide.

Jason was an asshole, but he was never *intentionally* cruel.

Somethings not right with my boy.

Alright, so let me just start by saying that these first three episodes were great.

They’re making Jason much more evil than in the comics, but like Dick, I realize there’s a person behind it.

Jason was having issues with fear after nearly dying in Season 2, so he studies chemistry and brews up his own little anti fear gas.

I love my boy, but this Jason could NOT have done this without help.

And who’s the leading expert on fear, as well as fear gas?

Jonathan Crane.

The villain in Arkham that Batman suggested the GCPD use as a consult.

That puts him in contact with Robin.

With Jason, whose traumatized and vulnerable.

People forget that Scarecrow was a psychiatrist before he was a supervillain.

I think that Scarecrow started needling at Jason’s fears, until Robin was coming to visit him at Arkham on his own.

Jason wanted to be rid of his fear so bad, he wanted to be the best he could be-he wanted to prove to Bruce he could be a good Robin.

Scarecrow introduces the idea of anti fear gas.

Jason starts formulating it with a little help from Crane, and his newfound chemistry hobby.

First few doses work, fuck yeah, but then he builds up an immunity.

Crane changes the formula.

Jason is desperate to be fearless again.

The new stuff is stronger, and everything with the Joker happens.

Joker bashed Jason’s head in, but Jason somehow comes back to life.

That’s gonna leave some brain damage.

He’s afraid, he’s angry, he’s confused.

Dick’s found his lab, so he can’t go back and synthesize more anti fear gas.

He visits Crane, somehow, and Crane takes his chance.

He manipulates Jason, using the damage to control him.

I think Crane is pulling Jason’s strings, I think Jason is damaged and he’s confused.

I don’t think Jason would kill Hank without someone else manipulating him into thinking he had to get rid of him.

Scarecrow is using Jason’s trauma to meet his own ends.

That’s my theory, so far.
