ok I finally finished this comic, sorry if it looks weird I'm not really used to making them. Ok but I was thinking of how the dynamic would be when they adopt Gracie and I thought it would be even funnier If they still weren't dating when they took her in, living together with two kids they're raising and still not an item! But at this point they definitely have romantic feelings toward one another and are comfortable enough around each other but they're just too stupid and akward to make anything of it just yet 💔

I actually did not have a design planned out when designing an older Lil Petey, I just did that quick doodle of her but now here’s a more offical design of her over the years! Can you tell I was a fan of Amphibia lol

I know they’re still frog size so let’s imagine she got hit with that growth spray and is a bit bigger than her siblings, still small though I imagine she’s like half the size of Lil Petey. I actually added the robotic limbs when I was already done with the drawing cause I felt she needed something more and thought it’d be a cool addition. She loves that robitic super suit of hers so it seemed fitting that if it came to needing prosthetics this is something she’d go with, which likely was a result from fights with evil doers over the years. She still remains just as rambunctious and chaotic as always, LP is the calm before her storm!

I have an alternative version where she was colored as a red eye tree frog but since all her siblings are single solid colors I decided to color her in the same manner, hope it looks ok!

Jk but this would be my interpretation for Lil Petey! He’s such a creative and artistic kid that I’d feel it’d carry on to his adulthood/as he grows. I wanted to show he expressed this artistic side of himself in his appearance too, which explains all the accessories and dyed hair, which I imagine he switches through different colors regularly. He has a jacket which can never be kept clean, always covered in paint or ink of some kind. In this interpretation Dogman and Petey end up in a relationship so he has a pride patch in support of his parents. He still makes comics with Molly along with other artistic hobbies like animation, claymation, and painting. While he focuses on art as a hobby and making comics as his career he still helps out his dog dad in fighting crime as Cat Man (no longer a kid). He grows to still carry many dog mannerisms that came from Dogman like barking or growling when angry/protective. Despite being a clone he also looks fairly different compared to Petey, who I imagine is a bit lankier and such due to malnutrition and since LP had a healthier childhood I imagine he got all the nutrition he needed to grow up big and strong like Dogman (Petey still can’t believe how much bigger he’s gotten)!

And this is just me being a sucker for childhood friends to lover tropes but I also like to think he ends up with Molly <3 (much to Petey’s nerves lmao). Now he’ll never get rid of her!
