http://rossin.co/ the particular font seen above along with it’s lack of spacing makes the website look clustered to me. Yes it has a retro vibe to it, yet it is far from demonstrating a clear retro look. The header/top banner is too meshed with the background which shows the lack of visibility/clarity of it.
https://www.warbyparker.com/ This website is a very intuitive yet simplistic website to make eyewear purchases. It has a well planned Information architecture and a very effective navigation throughout the website. Love the color tone of the site itself as it gives you a sense of light and calmness while navigating. User friendly yet not applicable for blind users.
http://www.coryarcangel.com/ this portfolio based website isn’t to my liking due to it’s pale color scheme that lacks visual appeal and it’s navigational structure. the website feels very basic which probably has only a few css elements. The design lacks contrast and feels like it was just meant to click & read. There were a couple of 404 error while browsing the website, so it means there’s a poor error handling capabilities.
https://www.mikiyakobayashi.com/ This japanese appliances website has a subtle yet intuitive feel to it, which is a plus for consumers to stick around and explore. The downside to this website is the continuous pop-up of browser tabs that redirects to the website and the specific item you click, which makes it very handful and messy when browsing multiple items at once. Any low powered system may not be able to handle the ram usage of many tabs and may hamper your browser’s ability to run smooth.
