"Then I'll go grab mine as well." Lance stands up and offers her a smile. "Come on, I'll walk you to your cabin. You can even tell me a bit about yourself, if you'd like?"
Lance abruptly looks up at the sound of his name and looks around before his eyes lands on a familiar face. "Alessa?" He asks, but catches her scent and confirms it's her, whom he hasn't seen in so long. "Damn, it's been a while." He immediately loses interest in his book and stands up, pulling her into a hug.
"It's too early to drink and I'm not desperate enough to hunt for an escort or gawk at the dancers." Lance says and closes his book. "Not really in the mood to swim, either, so do you have any suggestions?"
Lance nods and motions to get the bartender. "Two vodkas on the rocks." He orders and turns back to her curiously. "I'm Lance and it's nice to meet you, Darya. What brings you to this resort?"
"Yeah, I'm here for pleasure. This is my favorite resort, especially whenever I meet beautiful women like you on a regular basis." He says honestly to her. "Do you enjoy this work?"
"I'm Lance." He introduces himself to her. "It's nice to meet you, too. Are you a guest too, or part of the staff?"
"I was waiting for it to settle for a bit. I haven't indulged in drinking in a while and I doubt the owners here want a less than lucid werewolf running around." Lance chuckles but puts down the book regardless and picks up the drink and the downing it. "I do love going to the Eden, but I'm not sure who would be dancing right now. I should go and hopefully find a favorite, though."
"Maybe." Lance says and places the book down on the coffee table, now disinterested in reading. He sits up and looks the woman over. She's beautiful, he'll give her that. Even if she does look tired and disinterested in the general atmosphere of the resort. "Maybe if I go for a swim, you could come with me? You look like you could use the fun, no offense."
"I haven't decided yet." Lance looks up from his book and smiles at the woman. "Maybe I just need some good company, if you're interested."
Darya was starving. She had been working at the resort for all of a month, and generally she had been able to satisfy the hunger that liked to rear it’s ugly head, but something about the frustrated energy at the bar had her needy. Generally the siren would wait for someone to approach her but that night she had been left more or less alone. She could barely stand it. She turned towards someone, not caring who it was, stepping close to them. “Buy me a drink?” She glanced up at them, biting her lip. She wasn’t exactly the charismatic type, but she was hoping that whoever she was speaking with would be able to sense her desperation.
"I guess I could." Lance looks down at the woman that asked him to buy her a drink. He could almost smell something on her that was desperate for something, but he's not sure what. "I'd like a name first, if you don't mind."
Even though Lance is on vacation at one of his favorite resorts, he still occasionally gets bored enough to try to read. Key word: Try. "I need to do something fun because this book is killing me."
Once the dress was discarded to the ground, Lance teases the outline of her underwear with his fingers before slipping them in down the front and slowly starts to rub her all while kissing her deeper and matching her intensity.
"I come every few years. It's always a good summer to be here." Lance tells him as he remembers how much fun he has everytime he manages to show up to the resort. "And the rules are always simple."
Lance let's her lead him into the changing room and he sits on the bench. As soon as she's in front of him, he pulls her onto his lap and kisses her deeply while one hand kept her steady and the other unzipped the dress.
"You sound like you forgot what it's liketo be a human." Lance comments offhandedly. He wouldn't be surprised if he did, especially since being practically immortal can cause time to blur over the years. "Yeah, I'm a guest. I'm assuming that you are, too?"
"Or it's just you that has a good effect on people." Lance points out to her, looking over the dress again. "Do you need any help getting out of it? I'd hate to see it damaged."
"I guess that makes you lucky, then. You don't exactly run out of food." Lance points out as he continues to eat. He almost guesses it would be easier to just drink some blood every now and then rather than always needing a large meal.
