The fact that they've lightened the skin tones of dark-skinned characters already bothers me. When I heard about the collaboration, I was horrified to see my beloved king pale. "But they're cookies" STILL DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

I still stand by my IG stories about this and I think it’s a really important message for anyone who’s a particular fan of an artist. Respect their time and boundaries. A lot of us post our work online for fun and because we love sharing things with others.

Begging and even going out of your way to demand and harass artists for content does nothing but discourage and discredit people’s work. I don’t care how much you want specific art content from me, getting on all my socials to demand I draw what YOU want doesn’t do anything but make me want to draw it less. Learn some decorum and respect artists.
