After a minute of her just staring at him with absolute horror, she held her heart before talking under her breath "This is literally my worst nightmare…even dating Robby was a better idea Dennis…"

Like super secret. Both are lying about seeing women (Amy + unnamed woman) and neither of them want anyone to know. Issues regarding HR and all the way down to Robby and Trinity. They Do.Not.Want this to get out AT ALL. They've been together for over a year now. They remain strictly professional at work, never give any signs that they're even friends. They barely even look at each other. When they're finally alone at Frank's apartment is when they break down. The distance is so hard. It's so hard not to interact at work. They promised they wouldn't even sneak anything, desperately not wanting anyone to find out. They're practically trying to climb inside each other's skin. There's never a moment where they're not touching while they're alone. Softly whispering, "I love you," between even softer kisses. Making love with the lights on so they can see each other. Promising that one day...one day...they'll finally tell everyone, that they'll be together forever.

Then there's an accident

Dennis gets hurt. Hits his head.

Dennis forgets everything from the past year.

Dennis doesn't know that he's with Frank. Frank has to watch as everything unfolds. Trinity is so protective of Dennis, that she won't let Frank see him. Cause why would Frank want to see Dennis?? They're not friends. Frank can only watch through the window, seeing the love of his life injured and being unable to comfort him.

Dennis mentions something. Mentions feeling so sad inside and like he's missing something. Like there's an important piece inside of him that's just...gone. It's like his chest is being torn in two...and he has no idea why. Frank hears through the grapevine that they're not sure of Dennis's memories will come back. His schooling is put on hold for medical reasons. He's forgot an entire year of his learning. He's been told to stay home and rest his brain after the injury.

There's no proof of Them. They were so careful. Nobody knew, just the two of them. They rarely talked on the phone. Texts were always deleted. Frank's contact was saved under a girl's name. Frank is just left....alone. Waiting to see if the love of his life will ever remember him or the time they've been together. Of if he'll just be...forgotten...

Post S1 canon divergence where Langdon is in the middle of a divorce, is homeless and living out of his car while in outpatient rehab, and Dennis notices him in a parking lot near someplace he frequents.

Santos would hate to be aware of it because if someone’s homeless she can’t possibly ignore that and feels responsible so Langdon ends up sleeping on their couch.

He and Dennis have a muddy start to the relationship; both him and Trinity don’t really want him there and despise the way he acted however they have hopes he’ll move out soon.

It forces Langdon to make real amends with Trinity earlier and, while she won’t forgive him, leads to them being civil. Maybe this acts as a catalyst for his and Dennis’ relationship, however slowly it would start off at.

A charged kiss or hookup at first, but quickly becomes more than that. When he starts back at work they try to keep it professional but they are in fact very obvious.

Langdon x whitaker but langdon is struggling alot after Abby leaves him and is lonely and whitaker is dealing with his one sided crush on robby because robby refuses to take it further than flirting at work. So one day decides he's sick of being lead on. He soon finds out after makeing this decision robby and langdon used to have something going on so to get back at robby (and out of frustration from not haveing had sex in ages) whitaker hooks up with langdon on a whim whitch turns into them being fuck buddies whitch then turns into akward messy feelings where whitaker refuses to admit he likes langdon at first because of what langdon was like with trintiy and langdon is ashamed because he knows how dennis actually feels about him and dosnt think he'll ever be worth more send tweet

It’s such a stupid headcanon however I cannot get it out of my head! I have a lot of ‘contradictory’ headcanons because they’re all ways of exploring characters and because everyone’s so unique opposite outcomes can come out of the same experiences. I like a good ftm stealth Langdon too, and both are very fun to explore. Maybe I’ll do so in the future.

For this, I really debated between the canon ‘dad’ bracelet or a mom bracelet so I went with both, if you can even see it. This is because I think Langdon would want their kids to continue to call them dad since it’s what they’re used to. But I can also see them wanting to be referred to as just their mom. Young kids can get used to these things way easier than people give them credit for. Maybe Abby is mommy and Langdon is mom.

It won’t be the first, or last, time I talk about this but I imagine Langdon is the kind of person to play a game with their transition. How far can I go until someone notices with starting hormones, curves becoming noticeable under the scrubs they wear from fat redistribution or when they wear a woman’s cut scrub top.

I’m so open to everyone’s opinions I don’t know many who share a tfemme hc and even if you don’t feel free to share your own headcanons!

My favourite langtaker headcanon is probably where Dennis keeps it a secret he’s dating Frank. They probably met a bar or somehow just out in Pittsburgh, complete coincidence, and they exchange numbers or social medias.

Dennis finds out he’s divorced by looking at his profile, and thinks he’s nice to look at. They start talking more but it happens slowly, but end up in a dating stage before he’s back on his first shift.

I also imagine Dennis is like that kind of millennial cis man (I know he’s 27, he’s not quite one) to take selfies in mirrors to show off his outfits or muscles or something along those lines. Which definitely get uploaded to instagram, I don’t see him as being on anything else. When he goes on a date with Frank he absolutely takes pictures of the food or the location and puts them on too.

People know he’s seeing someone and don’t know who, he purposefully doesn’t show Frank’s face because Trinity would be pissed. A betrayal even, and he knows she wouldn’t be able to handle it.

I’d like to think eventually he and Santos do make up, not even friends but friendly. Maybe just coworkers who can get along. It would give Dennis the courage to tell her, and she’s the kind of overprotective friend to ask what kind of partner he is and if Dennis is okay. Then she’d turn around and go “as long as you’re happy,” which really surprises Dennis and then not long after that he starts to get more open about dating Frank.
